This is a small family owned dealership near Koreatown in Los Angeles. I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received and the fair transparent pricing. I found my car online and it was already a considerable discount. James the VP there not only sent me a very transparent breakdown of final pricing with no hidden costs or fees, he also drove it to me in Pasadena for a test drive as I had no car at the moment to get to his location. Buying a car can be a headache and Win motors made it a breeze. I left there feeling like I had been treated fairly, got a great deal on my car, and saved a ton of time! I’m all for soliciting small businesses and this definitely counts in that category! He may be a small dealership without hundreds of cars but if you can find the car you want on his lot, you’re guaranteed to be treated fairly and get a great deal!

I am so happy with the car I bought from here. It was so well taken care of and very clean. You can tell they hold their cars to a high standard. The salesman was very nice and the owner of the dealership was very helpful as well. They even worked with us when we had an issue with the insurance company. I would go back here again but I’m sure I won’t need a new car for a while :)

Really nice customer service. The president of the dealership, who happened to help me, was very kind and helpful. He didnt add anything extra to the sale just the price of the car + tax + paperwork fee + registration fee. It was pretty fast and easy process. There was no force aggressive adding of extra stuff, which was a huge plus! Very nice salesperson and support. Will Recommend to family and friends. They also help and support teachers too. I had a great experience at Win Motor Inc when purchasing a car with my boyfriend. We found a great deal on a 2017 Camry, 1 previous owner, no accidents. James was extremely helpful. We were able to do most of the transaction over the phone/email. When we were a bit weary about the interest rate he was very helpful with giving us additional information about refinancing once our credit score increased. We had to drive to the bank to get a cashiers check and drive back, all on a Friday afternoon through traffic. James was beyond accommodating. Got a great deal on a used car for my teenage son that he found on cargurus.everyone a win motors made the sales process very fast and easy and they were very easy to deal with. This was the first used car I have purchased and usually only buy or lease new cars, but if I were in the market for a used car again, I would definitely shop and by at win!

Went to so many dealers for the same car and were charging almost $3000 just in extra taxes and fees. Got a great deal on a 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport fully loaded we had recently got our money back from a lemon car and it was the same year and this car is perfect and saved us way more money than our other and has way more features. Got this car checked out at Toyota after and was in tip top shape low miles. The people who work here are very nice and up front and give great deals on good cars Im happy with my purchase thank you.

Sales people are nice until they find out you have a small down payment.... I at least thought they were going to continue helping me but literally told me to hold on and left me for another customer and never attended me again. Cars were nice, a bit scratched up and used but I guess it is a used car dealership.

What a great experience. The wife and I were shopping around for a car with three rows. We had been to other dealerships and would just be bombarded with selling tactics, rude behavior and bullying to buy the car, but not at Win Motors Inc.James Lim, the vice president, was very courteous and willing to answer any questions we had about the 2009 Ford Flex we were looking to buy. We did not feel rushed or pressured in anyway to buy the car. He truly was there for us and in no way tried selling tactics or bullying to make us feel like we HAD to buy the car.If anyone I know is in the market for a used car, I will definitely be telling them to visit Win Motors.

Drove from Mission Viejo to LA to look at the car. James had described the car as great condition with a few minor dents and paint scratchs. Turns out the car was involved in a rear end accident and the rear door did not close properly. A complete waste of my time. He should have been honest when I called him.

The only person here that is honest is a worker name Wilfredo.

I write my experience correctly.I bought a used Camry here 15 days ago. But then I have an appointment in the morning, three days after it took not start. I rode about 30 miles in three days. I jumped in a hurry and I stopped by Autoshop on my way to the appointment. Inevitably, it was so absurd that I contacted the dealer and said that when I first found out and later brought the car, they would change the used batteries. Once I received the invoice from the replaced autoshop, I finished the meeting and called back. No matter how used cars, they said they checked, checked and sold basic batteries, tires, and engine oils, but they said they were not responsible after they sold them. Yihurodo its currency several times and has also deliberately stop by to talk back when you go to LA side. We even sent you a replacement battery invoice. But two weeks have passed. Ive been dragging you for hours, so I asked my boss to connect you. And a week has passed. There is no contact. I waited like this and waited for it to fall out. Money is not a problem, not really conscience. If you buy a car here, be prepared to take no action if the battery runs out the next day.I had a terrible experience here.I bought a used Camry here 15 days ago. The feeling that the young staff is very friendly and honest. It was my first visit, so I didnt decide to buy it, but after receiving consultations, Im very very grateful to him who thought that we would not feel sorry for them.
