Ordered a gas tank with a gas cap. They sent the wrong (unvented) cap, but would not even reply to my repeated requests for an exchange. They also charged me full price for the cap ($26.79) even though the ad clearly stated if I purchased the tank and cap together, the cost of the cap would be only $7.99. They would not even reply to the Better Business Bureau requests for rectifying the situation. I am left with no other conclusion than these guys are dishonest and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Shop somewhere else.

Overpriced and unprofessional spend your money somewhere else.

My dad bought a windshield for his car from Econo. They glass came and a repair man came out to install the glass. He told us that it was the wrong part. When my Dad called Econo to try to return the part, they refused. Finally he spoke to owner. My dad offered to pay for the new one and they could make the proper refund when the wrong part arrived. They refused to sell him the right part but finally agreed to let him return it. My dad is a very sweet cordial guy, there was no apparent reason for the confrontation. The first sales associate he spoke to acknowledged that they had sold him the correct part.

These guys charged restocking fee after they messed up the order. Didnt ship full order shipped parts with dings and scratches then told me it was my fault cause I did buy the more expensive ones. After being unsatisfied I. Told them I was shipping everything back. They reworded me and said I was only shipping partial order . so in the end I lost out. For going with wrong online company .

Excellent old school customer service! Angel is sensitive to the buyers needs with a deep knowledge on VWs, affordable pricing and he loves loyal customers! If you place an order by phone and if your local, you can pick-up the same day. The last purchase my boyfriend and I made, Angel helpfully assisted us as we loaded all the parts into my Vanagon. He admits, they dont carry a lot of Vanagon parts, but he recommends the Bus Depot for all your Vanagon needs. But thats cool, its all about OG service :)
