Prices are good but they need to organize the cars and trucks better other than that its the best place to go for looking for parts

My first time there and the staff was awesome...the cars were so many and easily accessible. I got a hood latch housing for my Honda I will be going back to my parts for my car!!...asap!

This is the worst junk yard I’ve ever been to. I called 30 min before showing up, they didn’t have anything they said they had on the phone. I truly believe they lied to me to make me pay the “$3” enter fee. Nobody @ this place is helpful & they don’t give af about what you need after you pay the $3 fee

They open at 8 a.m.But I made a phone call this morning at 7:26 a.m. and GREG provided me with the info i needed. I highly recommend this location. Amazing service.

AutoZone on Broadway in Manchester they have a young man by the name of Emilio he was very helpful and courteous he took time with me and really really helped out a lot made me feel comfortable to remind me of back during the days when you was in the mom and pops out of shop all I can say is it was a very good experience

Its ok if your looking for old cars from the 90s vehicle. Prices are reasonable except on wheels lol

Compared to that other junkyard icon, the price of parts here are super fair. Not much variety, but when you find what youre looking for, the price will make the difference

I called ahead of time to verify if they had particular cars I was looking for and when I arrived the cars magically disappeared -.- he blamed it on the computer but im pretty sure he does that alot. the prices are a bit to high and he knows you wont give it up cause you took the time to remove it from the car. Will not be coming back to this junk yard AGAIN!!!

Really nice place small, you think you are not going to find what you looking for — but for the price of the entry fee is — it wasn’t so bad — I found what I was looking for —but 🤦🏽🤦🏽- just take more tools — I couldn’t get what I wanted — good luck

Just not a good place …. Went here and was treated like a criminal. The tried to search me and when they seen I had not stolen anything they tried to one charge me.I notices they had issues with other customers there, a black couple who they were treating poorly..wont go back

I showed up at 5pm and I was refused entry I was just getting some floor mats they close at 530pm. I drove 45 min for nothing. Never again! I wish I could put no stars

My husband and I went there today and it was our very first time experience at a pick and pull. The gentleman behind the counter doesnt speak much but you can tell hes done this a very long time, the fee was $3 to enter but it may change so dont quote me. The gentleman that helped direct us to the man behind the counter was very polite, courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for their own parts for a very reasonable price. Oh and ladies if you want to accompany your spouse or significant other be sure to wear tennis shoes because they dont allow any open toes and I was wearing sandals. I was bummed about that but nonetheless a great place.

Great place to save on parts, friendly staff, from the sign in office to the helpful cashier to yard guys. I always had good experiences. Cool to go just to check out cars even if not looking for parts, they got from classic cars to late model beamers and other luxury cars, Im heading there now

The companies website stated they are open until 5pm. I drive 20 miles, about 40 minutes. I arrived at 4:28 and they are closed.The employee stated that they close at 4:30 and will not let me in to get what I need.I had a project due and needed this last part to finish. Now it is too late to go anywhere else and my project is screwed.This day in age, having accurate information listed on your website is important to your customers. Do your business a favor and hire someone to keep your information updated.

Their dispatchers are great, kind, respectful. NOT THE DRIVER THAT ONE DEALS WITH. The driver they sent was rude, not well mannered and when asked to please do his job effectively and prompt, he refused stating that he was being yelled at (clearly wasnt, witnesses around) and took off. 👎👎👎👎👎

You take your own tools to remove the part youre looking for, its a hassle but I was lucky I found the part I was looking for it was worth to me and saved a lot of money.

Me and dad. The weekends maintaining and making the vehicles go. They wouldnt even let you in unless you were 16yrs. old. So after a couple times of waiting out in front of the place and mastering THREE CARD MOLLY they finally let me in. Loved it.

I worked there for a long time and its a store that is customer oriented and friendly. They go to the farthest lenghth to make sure they get the newest cars to put in their yard and are very affordable in the prices they mark the parts for .Everyone is customer oriented and ready to listen to you and answer your questions oh and if Mr Lee is still their working pass by and say Culegrad and hi.

This place is good but is very small yard and there is not many cars from where to choose from 🙄 but is well organized so I recommend 100% ....customer services is very nice and helpful....

U pay $3 to get in u dont the cars they have unless u have their Instagram to check inventory . But it was ok prices and bring your own tools. Wear closed toe shoes because your in dirt.

Good spot not too crowded a bit expensive thought some items are over priced but for the most part its ok. The lot is a smaller type meaning the location is not to big. The cool part is you get to see all the cars with 1 fee not like other places that have a VIP inside a lot.

This is by far the worst experience ive ever had at any store.. auto parts, groceries, clothing.. these are the most rude and inexperienced people who shouldnt be allowed to have a customer service business... first, they lied about having the car i called about before i drive all the way down there which they didnt have when i got there... when i get there and ask them about the car nobody knows nothing... so they gave me my $3 back but my time and gas was wasted... then after they gave me my money back they run out to my car and tell me i didnt pay the main entrance fee even though i have a stamp on my hand and want to argue me down like im lying.. i told them to play the surveillance tape over which they didnt want to do... I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF YOURE SHORT TEMPERED

You pay a fee for entering the place, $3 non refundable, asked by phone about a part but when I went to pick it up, they didn’t confirm that it didn’t exist, so left. Didn’t have too much time to look

This is a small yard compared to Wilmington or El Monte. I only found two cars like mine with nice rear wheels but the bolts/nuts were rusted on and the yard worker tried to help by pressing the brake. If you come here be sure to bring a helper in case you get in a jam. No hand cleaning sink either.

My only problem is when they dont have the cars we are looking for but that is to be expected as they wont always have them though overall its not bad I never had any problem here

Cheap entry price, less than $5. However I am disappointed that with such a small yard compared to others, they are not able to keep inventory on what vehicles they have on the lot. Its not rocket science to make a spreadsheet with the make and quantity of cars that come in. I simply called to ask if any scions were on the lot and I couldnt get a yes or no
