I was involved in a pretty bad car accident twice and for both times I’ve taken my car to this shop. Rahbi, the owner, provided me an excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable about cars and communicates with you clearly and truthfully on what needs to be done. As I have experienced before with other mechanics, my biggest fear from car shops are: problems were overlooked and not fixed or fixed properly, or that some car pieces are missing when I get my car back. However, Rahbi will check and fix in detail to make sure everything is working perfectly and return your car like a brand new car.When I first met Rahbi and explained to me step by step on what needed to be done, I immediately felt comfortable and confident that my car was in trustworthy hands. When I got my car back it looked like as if nothing had happened. It looked like a brand new car! I highly recommend this shop and I thank him for fixing my car.

I have no complaints, and Customer service is is right on time, and I intend to return to autopros as a satisfied customer for my future auto mechanic, work on my spare vehicle that needs work. Thanks again to the service manager.

I drive a 2001 Dodge Durango. These SUVs are obviously not the most reliable vehicle which is why you need a great team like Oscar and Quan to extend the life of your vehicle. They offered their tow service and successfully repaired my fuel pump. A second visit they replaced my oxygen sensor. And now my brakes are being readjusted because my previous mechanic incorrectly installed them! Ive never experienced such fast efficient turn over with all the repairs Ive had to go through.

Had my front end it. AAA tow driver recommended this shop. The owner Rahbi is very friendly and very quick to get my vehicle repaired. He also worked with me on the deductible and even did an oil change and oil filter replacement on my other vehicle for free. Saline who works the front desk was very helpful as well. Rabih seems to be the kind of person who takes pride in his business and I’m glad he worked on my vehicle.

Gary is very friendly, informative, and professional. I had a complimentary 40-point AAA inspection and I still felt valued, as if I was a paying customer. They unearthed looming issues in my car that I didn’t even know existed! I recommend their inspection services to anyone in the vicinity.

Danny the Service Writer was nothing but kind & generous in offering quick, accurate diagnostics on why my check engine light was illuminating. So helpful & able to finish the work by days end after not even getting it towed in by AAA until 12 noon on a Friday...which is so hard to expect any immediate service/repairs completed by days end. A man of INTEGRITY so lacking in the world today. Thanks Again, from a 1st time (but definitely not the last) customer!

Great service, owner was really nice

Its a beautiful mechanic service the customer service is overwhelming. Unfortunately, I didnt get the opportunity to receive their services. I took my 2013 Ford Escape and got a diagnosis, the diagnosis came back saying I had an turbo overcharge. I took the vehicle to an Clinic in Downey and he told me theres nothing wrong with my car. Yes, the mechanic inform me that it had the wrong motor oil. I was supposed to put Motorcraft in the car. I end up having to take the vehicle to San Fernando Valley, to Victors transmission to put another Transmission in the vehicle. Another excellent mechanic and beautiful customer service.

These guys absolutely incredible. Honestly — I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. I brought my Fiat in after it died on the side of the road. They worked on that car for a week — and it had literally EVERYTHING wrong with it.Runs like a pro now!

This is my second review, my other is is from a few years ago and is on Yelp. Between then and now, I didnt have a need to visit the shop that much. Still, Rabih remembered me by name and my car! I have a 9 y/o car that is definitely showing its age now. He takes pride in his work and is a life-long learner. His team is also consistent and does top notch work. I have peace of mind each time I get a service and Ive had major work done in the last two months: replacing a serpentine belt and replacing my A/C.

Honest, competitive pricing, reliable service. When youve been in a car accident, and you get towed somewhere, it is very scary, but these guys know what they are doing. Our car was repaired, in a short amount of time and looked like nothing happened. Highly recommend.

This place is a VERY GOOD place the owner is a gentleman and very fair with his prices hes worked on both of my cars and now brought my pPorsche there worked on it before bringing it back for more work this is why i go back i am very pleased with the service if any one had any thing bad to say about this place you for sure would have to hear both sides of the story trust me some people are just too hard to please but on the whole this place is VERY honest they have no reason not to be OK thanks again for the service Robert Bolger

Tried to charge $140 just to tell me what was wrong with the car PLUS whatever it cost to fix it which the problem ended up not being worth. Meanwhile a shop a couple blocks away charged $90 for all the work including the diagnostic.The owner was short with me and kept walking away while I was trying to talk to him and ask questions. This shop is Triple A approved but Im not sure why.

Rabih is unbelievably helpful, resourceful and honest. Weve been going to him for years. He gives us competitive pricing, keeps us safe and does top of the line work. When we sold our BMW to a guy on the east coast he called to tell us whomever did repairs on the car was top rate. It wasnt a surprise but still great to hear. Rabih has a 5 star shop, 100% guaranteed.

Triple A towed my daughters car to this place. They seemed to be very honest and did not overcharge us especially since I was only dealing with them via the telephone from another state.

I cant say enough about Rabih and his staff. Terrific service at a great price.
