One Stop Auto lives up to their name. They Checked my check engine light and replaced my crank position sensor. They also cleaned my throttle body and were able to change my suspension. Truck runs and feels brand new. Highly recommended and everything was done same day. Ariel at the front desk was very helpful and even got me a ride back to my house.

Since her car was on its last leg they were able to immediately squeeze in a spot to check her car. They were VERY honest, nice, and obviously cared about my partner’s car situation. She got bad news about her car and ended up having to buy another one. When she finally found another car she went back to them to have the new car checked out before she bought it and they hooked her up with a deal on getting it checked out since her car issues came as an unwanted financial surprise for us. They went above and beyond educating us about what to look out for when buying a used car and what to look out for mechanically with the car model she ended up buying. They were amazing! Just super honest and caring folks at this shop.

First time walking in to the shop its quite the away about 45min to get there but it was worth it from the minute I walk in great service, they have a full spec of the car with photos and Walk through of the car. While waiting they even offered food great hospitality but over all I can now crank up the A/C like ever before, way better than it was before. Thank you all I would go again. 10/10 experience. Made an appointment and came in for an oil change at the start of a busy work day. They offered me a ride to my house close by as a courtesy, and even picked me up after it was done.They spent a little extra time going over my car and upwelling in a totally respectful and informative way, so it was super appreciative. They mentioned I’d be due for a tire change -soon- and mentioned the best price I could get would be to order online and have them install (drop ship the tires to their shop). As a pricier alternative they said they could handle all of it. 10/10 will come back for all my car needs.

This place was recommended by a friend. I bought tires online and needed someone to install them. I called in advance and made an appointment. I showed up at 8am. Gave them my information and they started working on my car within minutes. They do nice clean work what sold me is when I saw them using a torque wrench for the final tightening. Its not about how fast they can get it done its about quality. Which leads to professional.

Visiting from out of state, our 2006 Honda CRV started having trouble starting. My daughter recommended this shop. They were so great in taking it in, fully checking the engine and replacing the starter. We were planning on leaving the next day and they kept their word for when the repair would be done so we could leave on time. The shop was clean and they took all necessary COVID precautions. They even offered to buy us ice cream!

I called One Stop Auto Care fifteen minutes before closing to check the height of their shop since I have a hightop van. Unfortunately I cant fit into their current shop, but that didnt stop Ariel from walking through the issue with me and helping me figure out a way to diagnose the problem on my own. Sure enough, it was exactly what I needed to know to get things figured out. You really couldnt ask for a more honest mechanic than someone who takes time to help you out fifteen minutes before closing when he knows he cant even work on your vehicle. I cant get into the shop they have right now, but I assure that if I could, you couldnt pay me enough to go anywhere else.

My 2015 Audi broke down due to Injector problem. Guillermo was a big help. Him and the owner took care of my insurance which was a pain but they managed to deal with it. They also help with my rental. Everything would have been done much sooner if it werent for the insurance. Guillermo and the owner made sure to keep me updated at every step of the way. They really did took care of my car and gave me better pointers to dealing with maintenance on my car. Something my dealership never did. If you have problems with car go talk to Guillermo.

I was driving across the country and had a concern. After searching who was nearby with better reviews I choose One Stop. If I lived in the area, this would be my go to spot. Gio and the team squeezed me in and helped me out. They didnt have to. I felt that difference when I called the shop back home who hung up on me. These guys are great. If im ever back in the area and need a shop itd be this one.

Top notch service. Highly professional staff and techs. They worked on my Camaro which needed a complete fuel system overhaul including fuel pump, filter, and injectors. Ariel carefully discussed options and asked questions about the car’s history and use to make sure the necessary work would be performed. They care about their customers and are also car enthusiasts themselves. This is important to me because finding professionals even in a big city like Los Angeles is getting harder to do.

This is my third car I’ve been bringing to One Stop Auto Care, and I one hundred percent recommend them to you. They send a hyperlink to a detailed report with all of their recommendations in it, and I always have them do whatever they recommend. When I first take over ownership of a vehicle, the fixes are pricey, but that’s because the average driver just doesn’t seem to invest in maintenance. I do. I think taking care of your stuff is important. It’s whats under the hood that counts.

Ive gotten to know Ariel and his team at the shop very well for more than a year now. I have a collection of unusual cars that often have unusual problems for parts that are difficult to find. One stop always gives me first class service, is very careful with my cars, creative in their problem solving, great attitude and prices all around with a good sense of fairness, customer service like shuttle service and car wash before returning a car to me. They are extremely accommodating and patient and best of all they figured out how to have good communication with the customer to constantly set expectations of time and cost honestly and accurately. Furthermore I have recommended them to friends and colleagues who had major work done on their cars and a year later no complaints and no problems. As an engineer who works on mission-critical systems myself I really appreciate a human error free environment

Four stars because it was only an oil change and nothing way more complicated. Also because the wait was supposed to be one hour and a half but instead it was a fifty minute not or less. The woman working the customer service was in a great mood and actually made me laugh Wich is odd when I woke up in the morning so she got me. She was communicative and not pushy Wich is a freaking deal breaker for me. I have tolerance but dont push to much or I just Walk out especially in the morning. But to my luck they were not and I will be back if anything comes up, that been said thanks.

First I want to start by saying, They are the most foward mechanics, they ask you a lot of questions to make sure they have the full story. I towed my car to them from another mechanic to get a second opinion and im happy I did. They took care of my car and did a full inspection. They let me know about some of the problems my car has, and gave me the quotes. Ariel was very straightforward with me and explained everything to me and I honestly felt like my car couldn’t have been in better hands.Secondly I would like to add that I never felt obligated nor pressured to do any work by them, Ariel just explained what was going on with my car and gave me his professional opinion/advice but he himself even told me not to feel like I had to get work done to the car by them. For me that speaks loudly because most mechanics push you into getting work done on the car. I believe they are the most honest mechanics out here.Lastly, as a young women with a “sport” car, its always unsettling to go to the mechanics because I feel as soon as they see a girl they are automatically going to increase the prices and tell you you need more done on the car than necessary, but talking to Ariel was a fresh breath of air. He didn’t treat me like a dumb girl or try to talk down to me. He just had a conversation with me and we got down to business. Left my car in the morning, 10 am to have them check my AC. I was told it would take a few hours. I then called back at 5 pm to get some sort of update on the car. They told me they were closing and that my car was not ready to be picked up until the next day.In their report they noted I was upset that the process took so long. This is incorrect. I am upset that nobody called me during their inspection to let me know I would not be getting my car back that day. When I expressed this, the man on the phone responded “it is what it is”One stop auto was inconsiderate with my time and rude to me when I pointed it out.I have since found somebody else to help me out for a much more reasonable price.
