Ive seen the negative reviews and if I saw before purchase I may have gone elsewhere. However, I did go with this online store through tents-canopy and although it wasnt a perfect experience I did feel compelled to provide a different side. There were also the most economical of the places I looked. The communications could use some works as noted in other reviews, but in my case there was only a manual entry error that caused automatic status updates to not show up. From a fact standpoint I placed the order last Wednesday night and all the components (canopy fittings) arrived today across country (the next Thursday) in a box as expected. The shipping was quick and they strapped the box so that the cardboard didnt tear apart while in transit. Im happy with my experience, minus the status update piece.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I called and asked what chemical they use on a product they sell and the company refused to tell me. This chemical comes into contact with people, yet the company would NOT divulge what the chemical is ! For SAFETY reasons, DO NOT BUY anything from this company.

Apparently they look at reviews and respond rudely without trying to understand the customer or rectify any bad perception. I made a purchase which my business depended on and it has taken 1.5 months so far. I am unable to reach anyone in customer support via phone (various phones) or email. WORST experience with a vendor in my life. I actually drove to their Carson location where i sat for over 30min with 4 people in the office that had no idea about my purchase invoice status and were unsurprisingly uncaring and rude.

This is a junk company under many business names. Do not purchase from it or Canopies and Tarps (one of their other business names). They are taking your private information or credit card information. BEWARE

This company will rip you off. I ordered 2 tarps 20 x 30 and only one was delivered. They never responded to any e-mails or phone calls. do not purchase items from them. No stars. I had to click at least one star to post!Total scammers.

Purchased a Iron Horse 100% polyester waterproof tarp and it is NOT waterproof. Have tried to reach the company five times and not response! Do not buy from this company!!!

Poor quality tarps and no warranty coverage! I ordered two 100% UV protected canopies and they lasted 1 1/2 years before coming apart. When I called the company they said that was normal lifespan. Product information is misleading and company doesnt care.
