The custom service is so bad. They refuse to send the missing two items for my order.

My family and I have been addicted to CB for a few years now and wont use any other natural kids brands. The products truly deliver and they smell AMAZING! Both of my kids have sensitive skin and every 12+ CB products that we own have been great. Customer service is also super friendly and care for you.

Customer service won’t get back to me after emails and phone calls. No refund has been placed in my account and today is day 5 since the money has been taken out. No product and loss of money.

Placed an order with them. And order got cancelled due to the company owner said that the code is illegitimate. Blamed the customers even though the fault is on their end. It took them few weeks to get my refund back. After placing that order, I have been getting scam likely calls lately, so they must have sold out information to third party companies. Facebook reviews have been deleted. Smells fishy!

Great products with natural ingredients. Kept my baby skin soft and smooth. I couldnt bear to buy the products earlier as the price are higher than most babies showering products. My baby had spots of dry chapped skin until we used California Baby products :) yay! Jus so happy with the Owners belief in making natural baby product with high quality machines. Thank you.

Earlier, I put 1 star review about California baby service. However, they did responded to my complaint n helped me to solve my problem. Changed from 1 star to 4 star because of the responding which showed me they do care about their customers

Stole customer information with their fake promo code

Just horrible and overpriced 2.5 oz for 15.00 and its does not flow smooth this product actually needs a minus 10
