I went there today and I had an absolutely lovely experience! You get to pick whichever coffee you want and pour it yourself so you can choose how much room you want for cream and sugar. They also have great deals like bagel, omelette and coffee for 8.99, which is literally the perfect way to start the morning. Also the bagel was delicious!
AMAZING FOOD. THE STAFF R HELPFUL. def a place you wanna eat breakfast at, if youre looking for the right place
It would be nice if your business started to treat the neighbors and neighborhood with respect. You guys always leave your trash dumpsters bins open for birds and homeless to go through. It’s so disrespectful to the neighbors. Your rubbish blows On our yards because you don’t clean it up ever! Very rude during the Covid crisis. Very unhealthy and unsanitary.
They got great bagels as bagels go in LA. Great challah on Fridays!
Ive been getting dosens of bagels here for years, as far back as I can remember, always fresh, chewy, perfect texture. My favorite is the whole wheat everything bagel!I also have eaten breakfast here several times, delicious pancakes, and the muffins... are just out of this world!
Delicious Nova lox for a good price
Best place to eat It! I loved the service, very nice staff.
Staff wear their mask incorrectly and don’t make customers do it either. You’d think the worst it got with COVID people would cooperate. I’m sure the food could be good. But it’s not worth it at all. Thousands are dying a day. No thanks. Lost business because they refused to wear a mask. Sad.
No good and to much money for 2 Bagels 1 coffee $29.00
I just paid $8 for an extraordinarily mediocre bagel with lox spread. The everything bagel has no flavor and was kind of tough. This place is insanely overpriced and provides a typical, subpar la bagel. I highly recommend bagel broker down the street instead.
Great food, fast service, my go to bagel restaurant.
Great food! Awesome bagels! Personal fav is onion bagel with egg, cheese and ketchup!! Super fresh and delicious
The best bagel place in the La Brea/Fairfax area
Best food ever! Especially the waffles and bagels! Oh, and best service ever!!!!!
Definitely a place to visit on your travels to LA. Staff are friendly and fast and making your meals. Meals are very well priced and taste great. Bagel breakfast with eggs and salad. So good !!!
I thought the bagels had good texture but overall the food here is so bland. Perhaps not meant for my palette. Even the butter and cream cheese that came with the bagel was unsalted and light. The omelette was also flavorless. The service was very good though and staff was nice.
Great place to eat and its super kosher . The owner is great man.
Best bagel and cream cheese ive had. Amazing texture and crunch on an untoasted bagel with a cream cheese so flavorful
This place was right around the corner from our Airbnb so we checked it out on a whim. It was delicious, the choices were endless, and the staff was quick and friendly. We were definitely not disappointed!
Bagel fresh made I feel like Im New York
Yum yum yum yum! The everything bagels are everything! I stop here every time I visit LA, several times! It’s noy really an “eat in” destination, grab yourself a 6 pack of bagels and head home to enjoy them :)
My favorite place for breakfast, Delicious bagels and muffins
Good for a fast, easy bite in the area. Nice selection of bagels. Some items are priced better than others. Overall, a good lunch place with fast, nice service.
Definitely ine of the better places to go for bagels in town. We get simple bagels with cream cheese to go, but get coffee elsewhere - unfortunately, here it was underwhelming. But the bagels themselves are great, and come in many kinds (15 or so). You can also buy a container on their cream cheese (several kinds and sizes).
Dropped by after reading the many positive online reviews. Disappointed at best; angry at worst. I asked the dour proprietor (?) if any of the bagels were still warm. He replied that they all were. (I figured that the display case was probably heated.) I ordered a sesame wheat bagel. It arrived cold. I asked that it be toasted. Biting into it was like biting into cardboard, with about the same flavor -- due either to the ingredients or the lack of freshness. (Or both.) I ate about half the bagel to hold me for the morning and tossed the rest in the trash. The coffee seemed a lot fresher than the bagel, however.
I grew up in New York/New Jersey and my father owned a bagel store for most of my childhood, so I consider myself an expert when it comes to bagels. This is by far, the greatest and best bagel store in Los Angeles. They must hand roll and make the bagel the correct way.The only thing that was intimidating, was that, although Im Jewish, Im not orthodox and I kind of felt like I was invading their typical clientele space. My friend and I did sit down and eat, but it was a little weird. I would still go back, but at least now I know what to expect.
Pretty clean place and nice workers. Food and coffee is overpriced for what it is even in the given area. Bought a turnover and was extremely way too sweet seemed to be packed heavily with sugar. Would not recommend unless you like overpriced sugar.
Delicious bagels! Sweet little place
Food and portions are very impressive and tasty. Prices though are high. Service is pretty decent.
Best bagle also they make the best tuna salad
Undrinkable burnt coffee.
Kosher bagels in La Brea .good place to start your day
Delicious old style bagel that perfectly soft on the inside with a good crust on the outside.
Best authentic NY style bagel place in LA
This is a good place for a variety of freshly baked quality bagels. Im only giving 4 stars because their cream cheese and lox spreads are a bit too pricey.
My preferred breakfast and lunch place. Good food and not expensive. Everything is very fresh
Good bagels and cream you can also take them sperate to go good for trips.
One of the best bagel places in LA, well known by locals. Really good cream cheese!
So good!
Great Kosher bakery. Fresh made products available all day. Small dining area, but youll run into someone you know from the neighborhood. Long lines tell it all.
$10 for an incredibly mediocre egg, mushroom, onion, and tomato bagel sandwich. Tasteless and saltless, it was just immensely unenjoyable. Maybe the lox is better but I wont be running back to find out.
I can walk to La Brea Bagel from my house in 45 seconds, but Id rather get in the car and drive down to the Bagel Broker for something tasty. If you need to keep kosher, then La Brea is great. But their bagels are overpriced, dry and relatively unsatisfying. I wouldnt mind a smile from the staff when Im there either.
Great breakfast option
Their bagels are delicious and good for days.
Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch!
Good choices for breakfast and lunch. However, youre charged for all extras, so better off ordering out
Fresh bagels always.
Amazing serviceAmazing food!!!
Discovered this place when I was walking by, they have lots of fresh bagel variety to choose from, egg plates and more, no long lines.
Always fresh. Good variety.
Awesome place. Extensive menu. Love it
This place is a joke. Awful service, long lines and mediocre bagels! Don’t let the good review fool you. Please avoid this place and go down the street to Bagel Broker. Much friendlier and the bagels are probably the best in LA!
Great bagel! Nice staff,Perfect bagel shop.Get the iced coffee too
Pretty good bagel. Boy a Montreal Bagel, but holds its weight.
Great food but they charge a 10% eat in fee
Not Einsteins but still pretty good.
I walked in waited 12 mins to be servedFinally after getting to be served I orders an egg salad bagel which was extremely expensive at 5.99, when I asked to add Vegies he wanted another 99 cents then I asked for some olives and he wanted an extra 99 centsI aint going to pay 7.99 for a bagelAnd on top of all that the attitude the guy gave meI ended up going to coffee bean where I had a coffee bagel and cream cheese with a muffin for 5.69I aint going. Back
Good food
Good food and service but too busy
Good, but Overpriced, 3 bagels for $5
Breakfast special was horrible eggs tasted bad and bagel was not good
An OK bagel but not worth the price (bacon egg and cheese in nyc is 4.50 vs egg and cheese here is 7.99) and not a “NY style” bagel by any means (molasses from boiling is too strong). Took 15 min to make a toasted bagel at a not-so-busy time.
Bagels are great and the super creamy cream cheese fantastic
Ill come back but Ill never stay to eat again. The other customers were so rude! Kicking my chair and constantly bumping into my table. On the way out one man wouldnt move out of the door way.
Service was ok food was yummy i would go again
Food is tasty the service is great
Best bagel ever! Not even in new york have I tasted a bagel so good. Not cakey and heavy like other places. The bagels are huge, airy and delicious. MUST try the olive spread! OMG soo good. Great place!
Excellent whole grain bagels
Great food, great service, even great Coffee
Delicious bagels, friendly staff, prompt service.
Great place to eat.
Extremely slow. 20 mins to get a bagel with butter. Very overpriced.
Customer service great menu
Great food long waiting time
Good food and friendly service
The good basic bagel shop
Breakfast was good. A little pricey.
Many bagel options, cant go wrong!
Decent place, little over priced
Pricey but good food.
Best bagels in town! And kosher too!
Great place for a affordable kosher breakfast
Only place to find a N.Y. kosher bagel in LA
Fresh and Delicious. Large menu.
Very good choice and quality.
Egg sandwich was fire even without the protein
Not enough spreads to chose from, bagels were not fresh
Way over priced and not one of my dozen bagels was softer than a hockey puck! Dont waste your time!
Good breakfast and lunch.
Excellent bagels and sandwiches.
Best bagel sandwiches, excellent soup
Great bagels and doors for breakfast.
Good bagels!
Best place for breakfast
