Really great company. Friendly and helpful staff. In these times its hard to enjoy birthdays without being able to meet together and celebrate, however their fabulous balloons made the birthday boy feel extra special

The balloons this company offers are very beautifully put together. They make it easy to order - I showed them something on their website that I liked but they changed the colors for me and they also helped me substitute items I didnt want for the number balloons, and it still looked like a big, full arrangement. Definitely recommend this place.

The people made ordering quick and simple. I gave them colors to work with and they built a beautiful assortment of balloons for my sisters birthday.

For years this company used to just deliver bunches of plain balloons, nothing beyond. Then they found our social media, & website. Now they do a discount store version of the balloons we invented. So every unusual balloon on their site came from my imagination --not theirs.This happens all the time, and we would not mention this,except that this copying is so spectacularly blantant it SHOULD be embarrassing. If a person owns a party company--they should have the talent & ability to create and design rather than just imitate.We are LAs oldest balloon company, so this is not unique, just a solidcut and paste job and taking the credit for someone elses art.Your work should be your actual ideas, not a rip off of someone elses creativity and hard work.We look forward to seeing what this company can create on their own.

Im very happy to say that Dr Balloon Deliver did a fantastic job with making the event more festive. I have planned and organized many different parties/events over the years and I know just how much balloons can enhance the decor. I can honestly say they did an amazing job. Very organized and helpful. They had great ideas and suggestions that fit my event and my ideas perfectly. They were prompt on the day of the event and stayed several hours until everything looked perfect! They have definitely earned my respect and business for a long time.

I ordered balloons for my nieces birthdays and was so surprise and shocked by how beautiful Hello Kitty table balloons and columns were. My nieces loved them and they were the hit of the party. The delivery guy was very professional and best of all punctual. I recommended Dr. Balloon Delivery to all my friends and family. They are amazing and the balloons are great quality and always so beautifully arranged. Love them. :-)

This place was SO convenient!! My friend forgot to get decorations for her engagement party so we called them and they were able to deliver an arch and more with the EXACT colors we wanted. The lady on the phone was very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Ive worked with Sara at Dr Balloon Delivery for over 10 years. She is the most approachable and accommodating person, especially since I find myself calling her at the last minute quite often. Prices are very reasonable, the designs are spot on and Sara can always recommend the right creation to capture the feel youre hoping to achieve for your event. You will not be disappointed with Dr Balloon Delivery!

I contacted this business to inquire and possibly secure balloons for a bridal shower. Initially the lady that answered the phone was polite and she asked me what was I looking for. I gave an amount of balloons that we are looking to purchase and she then asks, “what exactly am I looking to do”? As I am explaining the breakdown I hear her mumble something and the phone disconnects. You would assume as a business you would call back if your call was disconnected. Either way, I called back and explained I was just on the phone and something happened the call got disconnected. I continued with my breakdown and informed her that I can pick the balloons up today and or would they be able to deliver tomorrow? She then says they balloons are latex they won’t last and we’re closed tomorrow. Mind you her tone was condescending and she was real short. I’m disappointed in the poor customer service that I was given. I could hear the sarcasm in her tone and feel her trying to rush me off of the phone. It’s instances like this that shuts down opportunities before they can ever get started. If that was the owner it’s a shame, however if that was an employee of the company she definitely is a poor representation of a brand. The person who answers your business phone or stands at your counter represents you and what your business stand for. Needless to say I won’t attempt to do business or share this particular business with anyone friend, family or colleague.

I spoke with Dr Balloon Delivery about an arrangement for a birthday party. Went through pricing very detailed - wrote everything down (weighted or not weighted costs & delivery) called back in the next day and took items off then the price changed. They gave all types of excuses that were not valid because I had written down all pricing. I asked to speak to a manager and they put the lady on who I had spoke to the night before and knew they had been caught they hung up the phone. Did not return my call

The balloons were sent for a Birthday. They arrived on time, and the bouquet was priceless. It put a smile on the Birthday boys’s face.

You have to give at least one star, but if I could I would give none. Was wanting to do business with this company for a Prom, and the young lady that answered the phone was horrible. I only wanted to know where they were located not to actually visit today. She told me I am not telling you, because we are busy and I dont want you to come down here. Regardless if it was today or not, that is not how you handle a client. She told me USC graduated today and she was too busy to assist me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Would have given them a lot of business. Guess they dont need my coins. Hope the owner reads this post.

This is the third year I have ordered Dr. Balloon delivery for my Pre-K Graduation. It is so easy to order, they deliver on time or early and they balloons are fantastic!!!

Balloons were very nice

Just tried to order balloons and was told it was a minimum of $125.00 per delivery-no choice of the 5 Mylar balloons advertised on the website for $35.00. the woman on the phone was rude and not very accommodating.
