Sheila is AMAZING. She is literally an angel sent from above. She is so incredibly sweet and helpful. Her knowledge and years of experience is unmatched. My bathrooms and kitchens are completely transformed because of her. Such a smooth process!

I never write reviews but my experience here at westside bath was so amazing that i had to. Sheila (the owner)  is the sweetest and most helpful person. She goes above and beyond to help you with everything you need. Highly professional and organized she knows exactly what needs to be done and does it in a flash. I am a super type A person and i never had to worry for a second with Sheila. I let her take full reign. Her prices are AMAZING and her selection is absolutely breathtaking. I have recommended Westside Bath to all of my friends and family and everyone that went to her is now obsessed.

Run!! This place is a disaster. Sheila that runs the place is COMPLETELY CHAOTIC and unprofessional. She continually delayed and made mistakes on my orders. She lost my payment checks. She sent many other customers orders to my address. ALL of my orders were late as she forgot to initiate them. She sold me items claiming they had a warranty, however, hasnt provided me with detailed paid invoices so that I can address issues. I really dont know how this place is still in business.

Thank god I found this place. Sheilas seeing clients only by appointment because of COVID. Not only does she take extreme health precautions, she’s also an angel. She’s been so attentive and helpful. Her selections also beautiful

I love this store since I got A to Z from here. This store has the best companys samples in their store! The owner is so friendly and really really helpful an she has the best taste and helped me a lot! just make an appointment when you go there to order since they are very busy!

Ive had such a great experience with Sheila, and her assistant Michelle. Sheila is a good at listening to what I want and helping me find products that are beautiful and within my budget. Shes kind and thoughtful, and has excellent taste in kitchen and bath products. Michelle is a wonderful assistant to Sheila. I highly recommend Westside Bath.

My contractor recommended Westside Bath. They have a great selection, but best of all the service is awesome. Sheila was so helpful. sometimes even recommending merchandise that was less expensive but totally perfect for my needs. It creates trust and repeat clientele. I am just starting a remodel. I am definitely going back.

I bought Some great stuff and trust me prices are the best here. Sheila And her team were very helpful and Sheila helped me to understand how brass Newport faucet works and suggested some great Accessories with it;) I was extremely happy and I will shop again there. Love the service.

Sheila at Westside bath is the best! From the most expensive tubs and faucets to the most economical thy have it all. Kitchen or bathroom, Sheila knows all of the brands, what is new and current and where to find just the item you are looking for. In my opinion this is THE best store in Los Angeles. They have a collection of unique and eclectic luxury custom made bath services and hardware but its the un-beatable price point that gets me.The owner of Westside Bath has truly impeccable taste. They offer High end and high quality kitchen and bath equipment as well as door hardware. They do many celebrity homes so their standard is high but again when I compared their prices to other high end kitchen & bath services, they have unbeatable pricing!

I found the staff at Westside bath to be incredibly helpful. Also, they have an incredible array of bathroom fixtures. I even found hardware for the outside of my building (the Street number). It was well worth my while to shop for bath fixtures and more at Weside Bath.

What a wonderful shopping experience! I wont ever step foot in one of those big box stores for anything for my bath or kitchen again other than appliances. We were redoing 2 of out bathrooms and Sheila was so helpful with her ideas and her prices are extremely fair. No longer needing to search for things and having a better selection makes shopping a breeze. The worst is that some items took a week to arrive but several were rushed to me when i made it clear I needed them right away. Too bad the store doesnt sell appliances as well.I know I sound like a shill for the store but the truth is I am just a very satisfied customer.

Great service! They truly work every line that exists in the industry. Friendly staff, specially the manager herself, Sheila, takes time and walks you through the wide variety of options that fit each taste.

I stopped by to shop for a trim and valve kit for my shower/tub and kitchen sink faucet, and I have to say I was very disappointed going on the other reviews. The showroom was crowded and messy, making it hard to know where to begin, and the customer service I received was that in name only. I was largely left to myself while one employee was on the phone and the other catered to two interior designers (who offered me some unwelcome suggestions on some tacky fixtures). Once I got down to brass tacks with Sheila I was shown one - yes only one - trim set in a catalog with only a tiny picture to go by. The price was fair, but when pushed on delivery times I noticed the estimated date went from a few days to over two weeks within one sentence, not inspiring much confidence on my part. When I told Sheila I was going to shop around a bit more but I would like the product information so I wouldnt have to start from square one should I order from them I was handed a card and she began to walk away. Only after I insisted she write down the product descriptions of the items I settled on did she even do it! Needless to say I threw away the card and went to the Ferguson Showroom a few minutes away where I received great service and overnight delivery of the fixtures I selected. Though no one was out and out rude, I definitely got the sense my business was none too important to the staff I saw that day.

I ordered a high end shower and paid almost $4000.00 up front. The shower was promised in 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. It has been 8 weeks and I cannot get anyone to return my call with a delivery date. Very frustrating when my client keeps asking for an installation date.Nice product line but poor communication and management.

Recently remodeled our house after twenty years since We bought it. Got all our sinks,toilets,faucets from westside bath. Friendly staffs and on time delivery plus exactly how I wanted the pro its to be. Highly recommended.

Best resource in California. I am an interior designer working in northern ca - but i always buy through Westside. They have absolutely everything and they give me the best price.

I have to agree with Peter Gilette and Josh Lee. We ordered about 9k$ worth of faucets, bathtubs, toilets etc. and 7 months later we are still missing two toilet flush levers and our bathtub filler replacement which arrived broken. At first we were patient just assuming they were disorganized, but after 7 months of waiting, we are left understanding that Shiela and her staff couldnt care less about fulfilling our order which we paid for entirely up front. Shiela and her assistants deliberately dodge our calls and put us straight on hold with no explanation or effort to contact us. I also suspect that Shiela sold us repackaged, damaged fixtures at new prices without telling us since several items arrived damaged in boxes that appeared hastily repacked and taped together. Bottom line, you can find the same prices elsewhere, she just orders from the manufacturers catalogue which you can do on your own. I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau and asking for a refund for the items that still havent been fulfilled 7 MONTHS LATER.

I have been going to Westside Bath for years for my interior design projects. Their selection is great, the service is really good so are the prices. I would recommend them to anyone who needs kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as knobs and handles for cabinetry.
