The #1 spot for all of my rhinestone needs. Maria is such a knowledgeable person and she provides the best customer service ever. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I love this place! The owner is so helpful and patient! Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. I spent less money than expected and the quality was amazing. I won’t be going anywhere else for my beads.

Sales associates not friendly. At this time youre only allowed to touched the merchandise if you purchase it, and you must ware their food handlers type plastic gloves. They wont give you a pair of gloves unless youre ready to put the item in your basket. They are so worried about getting sick they are waring the mask below their nose. LOL! I drove all the way from the Inland Empire to come it, not worth the drive. 3-4 doors down, there is store that sales chains and metal charms, sales people and merchandise are great!

I like that they have a variety of selections & big amounts and you can find absolutely anything, but there is one thing I do not like. It’s that after a while the color of their jewelry gets brown and as a costumer I don’t think that’s good. The costumers use many of the material here for their business and we can’t be selling it like that.

The Bead Factory has great deals and beautiful beads to choose from. All colors are amazing.

Little slow on getting the order together for delivery. It has been a week and order has been completed ( its not even a large order) I will have to go in person which I was hoping to not have to doStill waiting now after 7 days to get order. For days it said order being fulfilled then for 3 days my account shows items missing. No one has called me to even find out if they can send what they have already

They never restock their shelves. WHY?

The selection is more repetitive that’s why it looks like tons of things. and not so organized. Employees look very unhappy and do not want to help. Also takes very long to help. I had a tiny order took 30 minutes for a 10minute order. Also just rude customer service. The cashier women is super rude. I rather just stick to buying crystals online. They also are more expensive than online swavorski crystal sellers.

My experience with this store is been such a great experience I’ve been going to this store more than 10 years and the owners are very friendly such a beautiful person inside and out the prices on amazing selection .....unbelievable such a great place to be I recommend everyone hundred percent 👍🙏 if there is a beaten star I will give them 10 stars.

Big selection, lots of colors and types of beads😄

Items are organized and attached to the wall instead of a drawer, so its easier to find exactly what you want.Staff is friendly and helpful, and when I had a question about the back of one of the beads, they went with me, and opened a package so I could see.They accept credit cards with a minimum $5 purchase, but cash is always better. I definitely plan on visiting again.

So many beautiful products

The Bead Factory has a beautiful selection of Jewelry making items and very decent pricing. The store is neat and sensibly organized. They carry a wide variety of findings, gems including Swarovski, chains, and ready made pieces. The staff are attentive and very helpful. I have even ordered items that I needed over the phone and they shipped it to me in a very timely fashion.Overall, one of the best bead stores I have shopped in. Thank you Bead Factory!

Good selection of beads but unfortunately the owner forces you to leave your stroller at the front if you have a baby with you and makes you carry your newborn around while shopping for fear of you stealing anything. Out of all of the places I have ever gone with my newborn in her stroller, this was the first place that didn’t allow me to shop like I normally should.

I absolutely am in love with the Bead Factory! I live in the OC, but have to travel to UCLA on a monthly basis. After being poked and prodded at the hospital, I reward myself with a stop to the Bead Factory every time! 💜The people there are very nice and helpful.True, its a big store, but all you have to do is ask someone for help.Stop by, its totally worth it!

Bead factory! What a fantastic place! The most organized well-run, comprehensive bead shop you will find in the non-virtual world in downtown Los Angeles. The sales people are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No photos are allowed inside, Swarovski selections or kept the behind the counter ( don’t forget to take a number for behind the counter service ) No lapis, turquoise, etc. at this location.

False advertisement. They advertise that they have semi-precious stones. I took the metro 3hrs to get here & none of it is real. All of their “stones” are fake. It’s glass. Wasting my whole day. In the rain.

If i didnt have had a disappointed experience today then i could rate them for 5 stars. I keep coming this store to buy crystals for one year and spent over $800 here. Today，when stuff helps me to pick the crystals，there was a guy suddenly came to me and said “we are reseller not retailer…” it means i was wasting their time by showing my hardware with crystals to the stuff to help me find right size im looking for，and yesterday i didnt bring this hardware with me，so it turned out spent $$ for wrong crytals. I was so disappointed and shocked by his words，made me feel like hes not respectful and unprofessional about how common this process when designer works. Will never spent a penny here again.

Good selection of crystal sew ons. I was hoping for better stones and higher quality beada. There really werent any beads of higher quality so I guess that must not be what sells in LA. The lady at the checkout was rude.

This place is amazing all kinds of beads and great prices.

They must get a lot of theft because they noticeably have eyes everywhere, but their customer service is great, products are great and the selection and pricing is also great. Ive purchased chain, seed beads, rhinestones, charms, beads, findings and likely other stuff Im forgetting; my go-to spot in the alley area.

Another good place to come in purchase beads really good plays the prices are reasonable and they have a large quantity of different types of beads I would highly recommend this place customer service needs to be up a little bit.

Terrific! Made it a point to stop in here on a recent trip, and my wife spent wayyy too much money! She really appreciated the wide assortment of beads.

I normally like this place but I have had two bad experiences here. One, the elderly lady kept charging me wrong, ( I caught her mistake) she overcharged me twice (she had to do the sale over) and SHE was getting impatient with me, when she was the one screwing up! I had to pull two other employees to calculate themselves, the two of them BOTH came up to two different totals! Then, a lady behind the other counter added the sale up on a calculator, and her total was different, but we went with her total. NO ONE apologized! The second time I went in, I wanted a written receipt to be itemized for my business records and the girl refused. My sale was under their tax exempt minimum, but so what? What harm could it have done to write out a receipt to keep a repeated customer who buys in bulk happy? I do it for all of my customers who asks. Its not hard. It takes a small effort for a bigger outcome...repeated wholesale customer. She STILL refused. Next, I believe it was the owner who got involved, he was arguing with me, telling me to leave, just being REALLY nasty, acting like a child, trying to get the last words. (Who acts like this?) What kind of owner treats customers like this? This man was nasty! I have never in my life, have EVER dealt with an obnoxious owner like this. Arguing with a customer over a receipt? He was acting like Im the big man, I get the last words, and you are not going to win this this was his demeanor. Even though they have a big selection in the store, a lot of their charms are cheap, and they dont label their stones. The ladies behind the counter who deal with the precosia and swarovski jewels are sometimes impatient it you dont already know what you want.They hardly ever smile. Once in a while youll get one out of the bunch who is friendly and warm. I am never shopping here again because of that obnoxious owner and the girl who initially refused to write out a receipt. Why should I give this man my money when he treated me this way over a receipt? SO trivial! For all the years I have been shopping at Athenians and Shanoute next door, I have NEVER had an incident. They are more expensive, but they are classier, and they know how to treat people. They are genuinely warm, friendly. and VERY helpful. The owner, the girl who refused to write out a receipt, and the Elderly lady can learn from these other stores... Im not holding the elderly ladys incompetence against her, but she too is not friendly. NEVER smiles. Always appears annoyed.

Service is awful, they followed me around likeI was a thief and hovered over me while I was trying to shop. A young black man walked in right as I was at my breaking point from being followed and they had the nerve to ask him if he had money. Don’t give these people your money.
