Not friendly at all. Bad service. Ive been to many bead shops and this one isnt it. The energy was off and it felt like my presence irritated the people working there. The shop didnt open up on time either. I wont be back.

I think of myself as a polite and respectful person, and I believe that the entire time I was in the store I was both courteous and kind. Sadly, this isnt way I was treated in return.I have been to this store a few times, and purchased a strand of beads or a pendant as needed, with little fanfare. I will say, however, that I went into the store today and was completely rebuffed. I was practically ignored by the staff as I continually had to keep coming back to Nona to ask questions about items and their price. I felt almost as though I were imposing asking for help. I waited around for a bit after being offered help by someone else, only to get help from another customer while she was being helped by that worker. Sadly she was friendlier and more helpful than any of the staff I spoke with.Ill give them this, they do have an amazing assortment of beads and stones and have some gorgeous stuff inside the store. What they dont have, is any kind of service mentality. I would have loved to purchase the items I was looking for in their store; and with a little help, I probably could have found them. Unfortunately for me that wasnt the case.Maybe this was a one time thing, or maybe they were having an off day, Im not sure, but I wont be going back to give them a second chance. My business will be taken elsewhere, even if that means driving downtown.

These guys and this store were really great. They spent time with me and helped me with very difficult repairs and design choices. You wont be disappointed if you come to Kings Beads. Great prices and fun experience.! Thanks guys!

Hands down the best one-stop-shop for genuine stone beads, chain, and tools. They can be a little suspicious of new customers, and men, but once they know you, they treat you like family. Prices are always pretty competitive, for the area, unless you want to go all the way downtown and risk getting a synthetic or mislabeled product if you arent careful. Now, Ive seen a few mislabeled products here, but Id say 99% are exactly what they say they are. If you havent been yet; GO!

I just loved shopping there. Great service & huge variety of beads. I could shop there all day. One hour went real fast. I cant wait to go back.

Been coming here for awhile now and I always find new treasures! The selection is very good especially if you are looking for stones and silver and gold charms. They probably have the best selection in LA! Service always have been very good ! Everyone working there is always helpful and nice ! I recommend it to everyone who likes making jewelry !

For me this is a very special place. I have been a customer at Kings Beads for many years from when the store was located at Kings Rd. They have always had a very large inventory and their prices are fair.

Nona just helped me put together a necklace out of parts that match earrings I have. The earrings were almost $300 retail. I just paid $27 dollars the matching pendant!

Ive shoped there before and I though I came up with some great deals, and was very pleased with their hassle free return policy.if youre looking for anything having to do with beads or jewlerymaking as a hobby chances are its there.

I love that store, Ive been going there for many years, but I went there yesterday and the lady wasnt warm at all and not really helpful . I felt like I was bothering her . I was very disappointed ! This is why I only put 3 stars . Otherwise I think they have some good stuff :-)
