The ladies working here were soooo friendly and helpful. I have a really hard time finding colours that suit my complexion. The saleslady that was helping me was super patient in helping me find the right shade.

I been coming here for a few years now. The ladies here all very friendly. They will not keep you waiting like other salons. I’ve purchased many extensions here and the Quality and prices are very good!!Eli the hairstylist is one of my favorite!She never disappoints!!! I have tried other places for extensions and nothing like her! She is great!!! She knows how to blend in the hair perfectly and Makes it look so natural!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE !!!! I come here almost all the time to get my braiding hair,lashes,edge control,edge brush,gloss and all other types of stuff. I love the girls the 2 girls that work there. They are ALWAYS SOO NICE when I walk in asking me if I need help when I need and if I have any questions. I also always get my lashes done here every 3 weeks by Doris. She’s the sweetest. She always makes time to squeeze me in on her schedule even when I ask if she can do my lashes last minute. I LOVE HER ! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE !!!! 🥰🥰🥰

When you have a question about anything regarding the products they are selling, they are very helpful and give you the information that is suitable for you and you only. The place is kept very clean professionally. I recommend this business to anyone, especially if you are looking to get a weave for your hair. That is their specialty.

I used to go to this supply store often and stopped because the Hispanic girls who work there are always treating me as if I am disturbing them by patronizing the business and Im not wanted there. I went back to see if anything changed and they are still very cold and they told me that they no longer sell hair to the general public only whole sell to salons as if they are some huge beauty supply chain... Back to Sallys I go, Ill spend my money where Im wanted. Bad by business. 2 stars is generous, if you read all other comments about this place youll notice a ethnic pattern in the people who receive good service and who dont.

Only place I could find in the area for what I needed. ALWAYS CALL FIRST. Half the time I go, there’s no one there. And no indication of when someone will be there. The one time there was an at lunch for an hour sign. I waited for an hour and a half and no one came back. So if you’re in a pinch or a hurry, Go elsewhere. Otherwis, severely limited stock. But unless you’re gonna travel farther away to shop 🤷🏾‍♀️

Went during business hours (2 pm on Thursday) and there was a sign on the door that said “knock before entering”. So I knocked for 5 minutes and no one came. Do not waste your time going

If youre in desperate need of supplies or simply dont mind bad customer service, this is an ok place to go. They have a wide selection of pruducts & supplies and their prices are ok for the location. On the other hand, the customer service is horrible. The cashier talks on her cell phone while she assisting you, often there is only one associate so they close the store for an hour, of course you have no way of knowing this until you arrive to the store. I honestly prefer to go to Sallys, theyre just about 2 blocks away.

Went to this place at 11:30 am and they are closed even though it says they are open online. Theres a sign on the door that says please knock before entering. umm thought I went to a public business not my grandmas house. Knock before entering? No. Unprofessional and I will not be back to this ghetto plaza.
