First time ordering from this company and was very pleased of what Ive got; North Indian 3 bundles of natural wavy. & I LUV IT💕 . I knew I wanted real authentic Indian hair and thats what I got, plus more ( smelled great even after wash, no shedding, hold curls 🙌🏽, full bundles .) there was a delay in shipping but. The owner was very kind & the communication was good when it can down with assistance throughout the ordering/shipping process and generally .so overall very pleased cant wait to build from this experience

Price will change every time you place an order. I was charged $200+ more than the actually cost for 3 bundles and a closure. Prices change about every other month. Owner does not follow wholesale prices. If you are buying 3 bundles he will charge you 40-100 bundle price instead of 1-10 bundle price. North Indian hair sheds and tangles, South Indian hair has minimum shedding.

Hands down the easiest and most convenient shopping I’ve ever done for my hair extensions. The owner was professional and courteous and I’ve had the hair in my head over 3 months now. I bought the Indian temple natural wave and 2 bundles. I’ve added color to them and they remain as beautiful as ever. Thank you !!

I like playing with my hairstyle and somewhat I am fascinated with curly hair. As I didnt want to go for permanent sort of thing and curling my hair regularly was damaging my hair so I thought of buying a curly hair wig. My concern was that it should match my real hair colour and of course quality and easy to handle. Then I came across Hair Maiden India, and I must say they are just pretty good in the industry, Not in just terms of their service but the way treat and guide you as well. In terms of money, pretty reasonable.

The best hair you will EVER purchase. My hair did not shed and i was able to reuse it multiple times. Another good feature of the hair Rocky sales is the fact that once you’ve combed/brushed it to death just mist it with a lil water and it’s bounces right back to life. I was looking for a vendor I could trust; as well as a company for buying extensions for personal use. Mr. Rocky Kandola has exceeded my expectations of a vendor that I can trust because he also makes sure you have a great customer service experience as well.Keep in mind I was not paid for this feed back or opinion. I know many women like myself are looking for a reliable Company that sales extensions and other product regarding human hair.I have worn extensions for 21yrs. The former company I use to purchase my extensions from went down on the quality of the hair. I believe it was a mix from synthetic. I had so much shedding. When I finally said I was changing vendors is when I weight the hair and it less ounces than I paid for.Getting back to my purchase from Mr. Rocky Kandola. He has great business ethics. He responds to me as a customer in a timely manner. He listen and read my request. He fulfilled my request with precision or he mailed me precisely what I ordered. I never felt he was tired of the process of customer service regarding my order.Now, for the extensions I purchased. The hair is good quality. I washed a pack to test it. First, after washing I took my finger thru it. The first section only 1 strand. By the time I got to the middle it was minimal strands lost (10 or 15 strands) of hair. (great) Next, I took my brush for extensions half way thru the track of hair; I had minimal strand lost half way thru. Okay here comes a tip: I held the weft (thread) then not one strand came out.In conclusion, Mr. Rocky Kandola has a great product and customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Kandola.P.S. I bought my extensions back in May, I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if my extensions textured would change. I have 3 b curly hair and when I went to pick out the extensions the sample I was given matched my hair. I was very excited for my extensions because they were custom-made to match my hair color & highlights. Well they took FOREVER to get here. They had told me about 6 days but it really took a month. I did get refunded some of my money for the long wait. That is why they get the one star. The other star is for the color because it was just right. Unfortunately the texture was WAY OFF. It was more of a kinky curly. I was told that as I washed them off the textured would change. Deep down inside I knew this was a lie because this isn’t my first time buying extensions. And sure enough till this day the textured has not changed and I haven’t been able to wear them. What a waste

I purchased 3 bundles of their 22” kinky curly hair. Issue #1 i placed the order on 10/6 and a week later still had not received any tracking info so I emailed them and was told 10/12 being a holiday slowed them down🤔 well what about all the days before 10/12...but no biggie atleast its coming. Finally the hair was delivered on 10/19. To my disappointment the hair was not only EXTREMELY thin on the ends and with splits causing me to have to cut atleast 4” inches off (and should have cut more) BUT when i flat ironed half of one weft strands of melted hair were left on my flat iron. The smell of chemical was so strong i just gave up. Now i realize things happen so before leaving this review i called to try and get to a resolution on 11/4 and was told my information would be forwarded to Rocky the owner. I did not get a call back so I sent an email about the ends and of my concerns of possible synthetic blend in my bundles as thats a #1 indicator yet their website advertises 100% human hair. Rocky emailed back same day 11/5 letting me know that they dont use synthetic hair and split ends are common with human hair and to give him my information so that we could talk and asked when he could call. I immediately responded that i was free then and again no call.(update this review was left on 11/9 he called 11/10) Human hair definitely can have split ends but the level of split i received is unacceptable. And if its not a synthetic blend then idk what other explanation there is but either way its not ok. I would have even felt a little better if the customer service was up to par and they attempted to resolve the issue(update: refund in full was given took about 2 weeks to process). All this to say sis dont waste your time on the kinky curly hair cant speak for the rest.😡Update: 2/13/21I received several emails asking me to remove my review as it is hurting their business. While im not here to hurt a business especially during covid; i am also not here for companies only leaving the positive reviews. Consumers need to be aware of the good and bad of a company so they can make a sound decision to spend their hard earned money. I will however give them 2 stars oppose to 1 for them refunding w/o issue once I was finally contacted.

This is the “worst” experience I’ve ever had with a hair extension company! I purchased their south India hair and when it arrived one bundle was nice and the second bundle was some of the worst hair I’ve ever seen! Not only was it badly damaged, they then told me it just needed to be conditioned and the bundle was a little over 21” when I purchased 24” and it was light just barely 3.2oz. Buyer beware... dealing with the CEO Rocky is tedious at best. He even accused me of trying to defraud him because I wanted a replacement bundle. Please find another company or you maybe sorry like me. Im flat out over $400. PS evidently no one looks at the bundles before shipping. They just send any hair they grab.

Love love love! My stylists name is Grace and she made my first experience there amazing. I came in needing a trim and came out with what I wanted. It wasnt too short, like how some stylists go way shorter than you wanted them to. She also gave the best shampoo of my life. It was like a mini scalp massage that washed all my stress and troubles away. I would definitely go back. Looking at all the photos they seem to have a decent dye job. I would love to try and get some highlights from them. Overall, I enjoyed it.

I have been wearing extensions for almost 8 years now. With the industry growing at such a rapid rate Ive found it harder to come across quality hair. When I as researching the company I had a lot of questions. The owner, Ricky Kandola, personally contacted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. This is the best quality hair Ive ever owned. Its 100% human hair and the bundles are very thick. Theyve definitely earned my business as a loyal customer and I wont shop anywhere else:)

Owner was rude showed at the store because it said it was open.. spoke to a employee who told me to come by as long as it was going to be quick.. Someone by the name Rocky asked to talk to me from the employee cell phone.. so casually said sure and whoever this Rocky guy was rude and without saying hi or knowing anything asked me to leave the the store because they were close handed the phone to the employee and left the store no sense of respect at all ... would not of came if the employee simply would said they were closed

I called this place for pricing ... because I asked why are his prices higher than the vendors in India he got nasty with me.As the owner you should not be so nasty over a question. He then sent me 2 text stating if I call again it will be harassment.Personally I’ve met vendors from India 🇮🇳 wayyyy cheaper with a much better attitude.I’ll go back to India Hair King. I have been getting extentions for about eight years now, and have tried several different companies hair. I have always had to get my hair done a few weeks because if I had a special occasion because it took that long for it to be full and the way I like it. With Hair Maiden India I loved it the day it was done! It’s thick, silky, shiny, keeps it’s curl and even the color (I’m blonde and always have a problem matching it) is better. I have to say I absolutely love it! I think everyone should at least try it, because I know you will love it once you do. Also it is less expensive then the other companies.Diane

I give two stars because Rocky was extremely nice the young man working there was so helpful he even took me to the bank when their method for debit transactions was down. I purchased over 1300 worth of hair for the start up of my business in February of this year I drove nearly 3 hours to get there, I purchased North Indian natural wave and straight in a variety of inches and I wish I hadnt the hair shed soooo bad whether the wefts were cut or not cut, sewing through the weft or not I had to mark down my prices to lower than what I purchased them for to sell them. I had to list the fact the hair sheds pretty severely I didnt want anyone to spend their hard earned money on what they thought was good quality and find out after install it wasnt I ended up losing a lot. Im not sure if this was intentional or I got a bad batch of hair but it was very embarrassing on my end as a business having to explain and discount. I know all hair sheds but this was no ordinary shedding it was excessive all over the bathroom floor, on carpet, food, I even had a client tell my she found strands when changing her sons diaper. I wish I would have just saved more and went with a different company for wholesale. I will not take away the fact that he and his employees were very nice and professional but the amount of hair that sheds from these bundles was not ok to be sold especially the price he was selling them for.

I ordered the raw virgin natural curl hair in early April 2017.. I have had the hair cut, bleached and re-installed atleast 3 times. 5months later this hair still looks brand new, no shedding and the texture is amazing.
