Small nail supply with basic stuffs. The lady I guess she is the owner was rude at first but I understand maybe just Asian way and continue having conversation with her. She started to warm up and helpful and she also give me a good price for nails polish at the end.

It was very minimal basic nail supplies. A big selection of the same products but no known good quality products.

So it was the first time taking my teenage daughter to buy nail supplies. There was an older asian lady (maybe owner) my daughter and I would ask questions and she would answer kinda rude like basically yelling at us, another customer came in to the store and I noticed she got the same service, maybe its an Asian thing? Idk But I didnt like the service. Maybe because I personally like to be nice and helpful to other people.

I have gone to this place twice and they were both good experiences. They have so much in stock and I would recommend a friend to go here they have anything for beauty besides make up that you can think of.

Though their prices are quite reasonable, almost every employee in their (except for the guy) was super rude, yelling at customers and obviously irritated. I regret putting my money into that business because it wasn’t worth the overwhelming rude service. I won’t be going back.

I don’t know the lady’s name. She is a little older then most of them. I come all the way from the Antelope Valley. She is kind she really tries to help everyone. I was there and this lady came in with 3 little kids. They were touching. running, yelling in the store. She was extremely calm. But I could tell the mom was upset with her. Hey don’t bring kids if they are going to be running around it’s not a play group. As a customer I was really upset not with the lady that worked there but with the mother. I have been coming here for 16 years. Yes maybe the store needs to be more organized but for the prices don’t complainThank you for such great service

Bad product!!!They sold me an OPI gel base polish. 2 customers later I realized the OPI gel base bottle is FILLED WITH REGULAR BASE POLISH.I did TWO clients that way and ended up having to do their service ALL over again for FREE. [[[[Only reason why a gel base bottle would be filled with regular base polish is because the store itself is skimping out on product by reusing bottles to fill them up with generic product. ]]]]The top coat they sold me was cracking off my clients in 2 days. Im known by my clients for giving them long lasting results. I was so embarrassed.Im a nice person. 2 stars because the ladies there have never been mean or nasty to me.BUT I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, and I will be telling my people and employees to avoid this place.Edit: NOW the top coat i bought is cracking after 2 days

Horrible customer service. I sent countless emails (inquiring about tracking, canceling, returning) and never got any response. I understand why shipping took long due to Covid19....but theres no excuse to not respond to emails for THREE MONTHS.

Nice place for beginners and professional nail techs prices are reasonable no line for entry but they are letting only a few people in at a time works for me the inside is small so you can shop and practice social distancing with no problem...I go there for there brand of monomer called Rose its next to the check stand just asked cashier very affordable works just as well as Mia Secret and other top brand monomers to me...Rose also has a clear acrylic thats great as well

I used to come here with my mom when we were younger since nail polish was my jam.. nice to see it’s still here and doing well. Came to buy some nails for a costume I’m making. Customer service is awesome. Everyone was extremely helpful. Just comes to show you great customer service will keep your business thriving!!!

Good range of products at decent, if not great, prices.... I come here for nail art supplies- they have an awesome assortment of glitters, pigments, foils, decals, even stamping plates, and the prices are fair. Not so impressive a range of nail enhancement products, though.The staff here are awful: every time Ive ever shopped here I felt like I was actually imposing on them. Their English skills are sub par, they arent particularly knowledgeable but dont hesitate to give you bad information rather than admit they dont know- I honestly feel like they resent me for being there! Even so, I go back for the fantastic nail art products. I just steel my nerves first ;)

The place has more made in China products that are extremely expensive.They also have a no return, no refund,no exchanges policy. It’s not good for business because if you buy a item, and it’s broken then you won’t be able to return it. They had 34 watt lamps for 180$ made from China. The nail tips were disorganized from sizes. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I rather buy online.

Best place to buy all kinds of nail polish and nail needs EVER!!!! Plus prices are so much more affordable beats paying $12.00+ for an OPI at CVS or any other store

Entered the store looking for toner, fully aware that hair is not their specialty. I browsed the hair products, only finding dyes, developer & powder/cream lighteners.I went to the cashier to ask for assistance, as I was looking for toner and didn’t see any, in hopes that they had a tint or something that can be added to lightener (my hair is mad brassy after bleaching). I mentioned toner in my first sentence, and before finishing I was cut off with a “Nope!” I stopped, and re-formed my question to ask if they had anything to counter brassy tones when lightening (moving to take my hat off to show my silver hair & brassy roots). Upon touching the brim of my hat, halfway through my sentence, I was cut off again with “Nope! Go to American store”.I understand this store not having what I am looking for, but to be rudely cut off and denied any assistance whatsoever is infuriating. My lack of return to this store will bear no relevance, but if you’re looking for hair products, and assistance in finding what you need in that department, this is not your store. You can find a good bit of stuff there for barbering if you are a barber but mostly for nails and salon

Love this place, its not too organized so youll need to dig for some items, but they have a great selection of everything you could want or need. Staff can sometimes be rude, but go with cash and youll be fine.

They have a big selection thats reasonably priced, but theres a few items that were either too expensive or not available. The some of the staff (older) seemed suspicious of me and my friends; following us around the store at one point. I will return, but only when purchasing large quantities of supplies.

My first time shopping for nail products and the worse experience! My husband took me to buy me my Christmas GIFTS I was so excited but as soon as we got inside the woman that sells was following me thru the whole store as if I was gonna steal something, yes they have a huge selection of stuff but they are so ditry and filthy!! After seeing that the woman was following me I got my husband and left the store and ended up buying everything thru Internet elsewhere! Dont go to that store, because they think u are gonna steal!
