The worst service, quality and everything they offer. The will sell you a leather that made in Italy with warranty that doesnt cover anything. The leather cracked within a year ..very bad quality and worst customer service. They never returned my phone calls regarding damaged part in the sectional sofa, they promised they ordered the part but never have, since then, they just ignored and refused to help. Tony sold us the sofa and convinced us to pay more to get a higher level of quality, this is the worst quality since it started to crack very quickly and when I asked him about the warranty that I paid extra for, he never provided it to me. This is the cheapest quality and service you can get. Just save your time and energy.

Highly recommend. We had them make a custom/odd size love seat to fit in our sons room and it came out great. Talking to them about making a big sectional for us as well. If youre looking at a couch from West Elm or Crate and Barrel or something similar, go to LA Furniture Store .

Exceptional help and respond time from staff! Needed help finding a new headboard/foot board type combo for a new bed set in a full. 4 days later,Im able to relax and sleep on the bed of my dreams! This place really knows what its doing!

I found a modern sofa and a dining table on their website, but I needed to see ithem in person because its kind of unique. My wife and I decided to visit their showroom on Black Friday. We saw the sofa and liked it. The dining table was in the other location a few blocks down, so we went there after seeing the sofa. We were helped by Jeffery. He showed us a different dining table that we liked even more. He gave us a good price for both the table and sofa. He said custom orders can take a couple of months. We were fortunate to find items that were in stock. Jeffery even had delivery scheduled for the next day. Delivery went as smoothly as can be. I was looking for a leather sofa set and found this place while visiting another business at a nearby location. I love minimal and modern furniture so this place is awesome. The salesman was nice and attentive. He didnt follow us around, but let us roam the showroom. We found a beige color sofa set and a leather headboard for my bedroom. Love it, love it, if youre into modern furniture this place rocks!

We needed some furniture for our new place. It was decided that modern was the way to go. I said OK knowing that I only had limited input anyway.After doing some research online I discovered LA Furniture Store specialized in modern décor. We drove up and went inside. Our salesman actually listened to what our needs were and took us to three options for each room. The pieces were very well made and competitively priced.Luckily they had what we wanted in stock. It was delivered two days later and set-up. Quick, painless, great quality, love it!

Interesting chests, end tables, ultra modern lighting and dining tables and chair combinations. Im really disappointed there arent some selections that reach a broader style of furnishings. If you are looking for some Modern styles this is a lovely place for you.

What can I say, great customer support and great quality.Other reviews have mentioned that there’s not a lot of variety when it comes to the furniture styles, and that’s true—most if not all revolves around a modern look. So modern is either what you’re looking for, or it’s not, and if it is then LA Furniture really is the place for you.Most place I’ve been have almost too much variety, with one of everything rather than a whole spectrum of one style. That’s why I love this place when I need a modern, quality look.

Had a good overall experience at the outlet store location. The customer service was great the second I walked in. I was immediately helped by Jeffrey C. who was very nice, patient and knowledgeable about the furniture. I ended up buying a red and black sectional sofa for a great price. Will be back.PS. I bought 4 terrific, retro-y bar stools that look great at our kitchen island, and are comfortable too. Michael was really laid-back and helpful. He took a personal check (store didnt accept Amex I think?), delivered them on time, and then was flexible and still helpful when I wanted to switch out the 4th chairs color for another. Id shop here again!

The best furniture shopping experience, ever. First of all their website has good pictures, great collection, prices listed, dimensions etc. I then went to a store in Commerce to check if the sofas are as firm as they claim on the website. I loved what I saw in the store. Thats where I met Nayri, who volunteered to help me find the right sofa set for my living room. Its a very pleasant experience dealing with her. She made the conversations so easy and flowing, gave tips on choosing the right color and ultimately gave me a great price. I was only 50% sure of getting the furniture from them when I picked the phone to call Nayri. But after talking with her once, I made up my mind.Finally on the day when the shipment arrived, I was surprised to see that the delivery folks were as friendly as the sales rep. They helped us by moving the sofas around until we were satisfied with the positioning.And the sofa set was exactly as expected, the firmness of the foam, size, look and color everything matched what we saw in the website. I am very happy.

Yes the store is ultra modern, and yes there are some real WAY OUT things there, but there are also some really great bargains to be had. I just purchased a table from them and it was a great experience, the table was delivered and assembled in my apartment within two weeks of purchase. Hessam was very helpful and patient with me while I was deciding. I would totally purchase from them again.

Absolutely purchase nothing from these guys. Their website looks professional, their customer is always right approach they advertise on their website is dead on but in reality it’s just a hoax.To begin with, after purchasing a table, granted not the most expensive table in the store, and having it shipped to me I found that not all the parts were included. This in itself is not the end of the world, people make mistakes, but when I looked at my half built table I found numerous flaws. The paint was uneven and missing in some places (it was supposed to be lacquered). The edge of the table didn’t align when it was closed. The table top was bowed making it impossible to eat at the ends of the table because the center portion was a ¼ inch lower than it should have been. This is just to name a few of the problems.Needless to say I wanted a full refund and for them to pick the thing up. Their response was that I got a table to the quality expected of a table in that price range. I have bought Ikea products much cheaper and the quality was FAR superior to this, not to mention when they say lacquered it actually is. To top it off I would have to pay for shipping to and from, plus a 20% restocking fee.Does that sound like a store that wants to keep their customers or stands behind their products? Don’t be bamboozled by their low prices. Spend a little bit more to get something better or just go to Ikea!

So far, this company is a big zero and we havent even gotten our bed yet. My husband placed the order before he went on a trip. Today, I got an e-mail from someone who obviously does not know how to write English stating they tried to deliver but no one was home. I am home all day long and can verify no one tried to deliver. When I told them my husband was gone but they could deliver the following Tuesday, they replied with very broken English when will you be back give him a call to set up delivery I dont even know what they are attempting to say. I then asked if someone who understood English better could please communicate instead and again reiterated they could deliver the following Tuesday, and no reply. Very poor customer service. I really wish I had seen these reviews before we ordered, I wouldnt have even considered this place.

This company has some really nice furniture but the customer service is awful. The couch I purchased came 3 months after the date they promised me to deliver it. And every person that I talked to had a different reason on why the couch was late. I also purchased a bed from them and 5 months after getting the bed my bed frame got messed up. When i talked to them they gave me 50% off the cost of a new one. Which was fine however when the delivery man came (the same man that put my bed together) said that his assistant had forgot key bolts for the support of the frame and that it was their fault. LA furniture store refused to give my money back even though their own installer cause the damage in the first place. I will never shop here again and would discourage anyone else from going there too.

LA Furniture Store is one of the best kept secrets in Los Angeles! The tone of their furniture and bedding is Mid Century Modern meets 2014 Melrose & Robertson BH & WeHo.I browsed in the Melrose design district, at in some beautiful stores on Beverly, and at Macys....but bought my bed at LA Furniture for a fraction of the cost.Ask for Phil...hes the best!Its definitely worth the drive Downtown!
