Great taste, prices well. Boba has a really great taste and soft. They have a wide selection of drinks. All drinks are customizable to your taste. I Like the fresh flavor, tea flavor and coffee flavor ones. Would go back to try different ones. Would highly recommend. No sitting available for now. Staff was very nice and informative.
Such a nice hidden little spot. Super clean and sleek inside. A vast menu and the items are prepared quickly. 10/10 would come back
2.5 Star. Overall. The quality of the boba itself is mediocre and subpar, typical of a franchise establishment on the level of Lollicup. The batch made today was hard and undercook, ultimately difficult to digest leaving an unpleasant post-Boba stomach ache. Unfortunately, I had too much boba experience in my lifespan and believe that the standard of quality of the boba at a boba tea place serves as the benchmark of rating. Therefore this place does not meet my standards.1 Star. Boba quality. Average low grade quality. Not cooked probably. Staff needs to be trained on how to cook it throughly.4 Star. Price. Decent regular typical price.$3.85 Medium Winter Mellon Tea with boba$4.95 Large Honey Green Tea with boba3 Star. Menu options. Typical of a franchise establishment, most items made with power. Unfortunately I’m not the right target audience.1 Star. Parking. Located in a plaza with very little parking spots and many double park illegally so I had a hard time exiting the plaza.Bottom line. If I crave for a drink and the closest place to me is this location, I might drop by again and purchase a non-powdered natural drink (limited options) without boba. It’s hard to go wrong with plain tea only at and boba place. Otherwise, I tend to try new places as the default choice.(The undercook boba is still stuck in my throat, esophagus and stomach after an entire hour...)
If you havent had the ginger milk strike (lactose free), you havent lived. Its very good and I always add boba and egg pudding. My signature drink!
I have to be honest. I’ve had boba for many, many years. But I’ve never CRAVED it. I never went out of my way to get some. But after I had their ginger milk, I’m thinking about it almost every night. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea (ha), but for me, I love ginger and the fact that they offer this on the menu is game-changing to me. Thank you Kung-Fu tea.
This place is popular and worth it. I tried peach tea and it was unexpectedly sooooo good.
Overall, I dont think Ill come back unless theres barely any wait. I dont think its worth standing in line for 30 minutes just to order and wait an extra hour+ for your pancakes :( If I do come back, Id just get the drinks! Im sad cus I had high hopes v___v
So yummyy. Ive gotten the milk teas here and I will say that among aaaall of the bubble tea spots around, this is my favorite. Consistently delicious 😋
The Boba milk tea is good.
We visted for the fruits basket promotion. It was the first day so understandably there was a line. The service was great tho and the drinks were tasty
Sweet and soft boba. Coffee milk tea is good
Excellent food and service. The only things to watch out for are the flies if youre sitting outdoors, but not their fault. I had the corned beef skillet and the meat was so hearty and tender. The zucchini bread with creamed cheese is also amazing.
First time trying a new coffee spot in my little town and I am immediately in love with them! Very cute inside and quiet which is perfect for when I have homework or studying to do later in the semester. Will come back! Heres my iced latte.
My new favorite boba spot. Cocoa cream flavor is bomb
Im assuming this establishment is still open at the moment after reading a few recent reviews. My experience was back in February and I had a phenomenal time eating all the delicious brunch foods at my Airbnb.I was visiting LA at the time and my family and I decided to phone in an order of Iced chai latte, orange juice, Tickle tree Omelette, Chorizo Huevos Rancheros and Jims breakfast. Everything was amazing but I loved their chai latte specifically for how it wasnt overly sweet but not watered down either. I would definitely recommend the Tickle tree omelette again as well for how much they give you.
It is the best tea place in my opinion so far. Just came yesterday with my brother and his wife because they want some Kung Fu Tea before dinner. I tried Kung Fu Mike Tea, and it was excellent for their tea quality and smoothly. I will come back here again to try their other special next time.
Incredibly bad service. We arrived around 10:45PM, not knowing that they close at 11PM. The girl at the cashier was ignoring our questions (we were a big group, but does not justify her attitude) and was very short with us. We ordered, got our drinks and seated around 10:55PM. There was a customer still ordering and another party sitting at the table next to us. The employees had the AUDACITY to turn off the lights on us, leaving their paying customers sitting in the dark. Please train your employees to have the common courtesy to ask customers to leave to accommodate the closing time, instead of the passive aggressive behavior. In terms of the drinks, it was not bad. However, the drink comes with the risk of terrible service.
Absolute hidden gem the tea is amazing
Loved the boba here. The mocha was delicious. Played games with friends for about an hour. Want them to expand some to a bigger location though.
Lovely place to sit down and hangout. Theyve got board games, wonderful music, and good bubble tea. The Indian restaurant next door is also great to drop by if you need a meal.
Best milk tea in town (korean town)
Its Kung Fu Tea in LA! Awesome. Their unique milk cap add-on is the real love and totally adds a new dimension to bubble tea drinking. One of the few places in LA that has grass jelly. This store is on the small side but they do have board games for those who want to hang out. Parking lot is available, too.I think the thing that is worth being a little miffed about is asking for the less sweet option and it still being ridiculously sugary.
This is really good. I ordered a taro milk tea, which is sort of like my safe bet, but it was great. Better than any other Ive drank.
Best bubble tea in LA. The flavor isnt always very consistent but the quality of boba is always amazing.
Came here on the hottest day in LA and they didnt even provide air conditioning when it was in plain sight. Not sure if it was broken but it was quite a difficult time trying to enjoy board games and drinks. PLEASE TURN ON THE AC FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS ON 110 DEGREE DAYS. However, drinks are great so I would still come here on normal temperature days
Some of the best in LA
Ended up getting the grapefruit green tea with grass jelly and my brother got the watermelon slush. After leaving we regret not getting the egg waffles.
Really good and really well priced. Wished there were some around the South Bay area. Boba is nice and soft, and not over cooked. They have a pretty wide selection of drinks, so I guess your mileage may vary depending on what you get.
I dont like the smell inside the bath room.
Drinks are great!
First time here, got a mango snow, no toppings and it was really good . I love boba drinks too. So this is 5 stars.. my personal opinion.
Whenever coming to korean town, this is the must to pay a visit. There are many Kung FU named tea. I personally like Kung Fu Honey Oolong tea which reduces my pressure of life and helps me calm down.
My personal opinion: They offer the best tasting/quality bubble tea in Ktown. The place was also super clean unlike other places in the area.
Love the tea and the place. Great place for bonding with family and friends.
Hands down best boba chain!+Their tea doesnt taste bitter like some other boba shops, even with 0% sugar, and their boba bubbles are never overcooked/old.+Friendly staff+Allergen warnings listed next to drinks on menu.+Theres a pile of boardgames, with classics like Battleships, and newer additions that I wasnt familiar with.+Very nice hangout, with no obnoxiously loud club music.+Free parking lot for this little plaza: ample at night, but might be packed during peak lunch/dinner hours.
It was ok. They need a atronger boba menu
Solid boba and funny mixing machines. Taro tea was way too sweet - half sweetness felt like full sweetness. The boba is mixed with white and black; close to a lot of popular Korean restaurants downtown, some room for parking when I went on a Saturday night (no valet)
This place deserves its rating; It has great boba pearls, a selection of board games (though some are getting worn), and a large selection of drinks.
Went to get my drink and they said it was somebody elses. Ended up waiting 15 minutes before I had to ask about it and they said oopsies it was mine. Edit: my order finally came and they gave me ice when I asked for none
Starbuck like customization of drinks. Less ice, little or less sugar etc. Quick service, clean, great place to meet up with friends.
Good boba and nostalgia board games. Super cute spot
Inconsistent...1 day the king fu milk tea is really good and the next day the tea is too watery. Kinda disappointed
Fresh tea! I recommend the Jasmine milk tea or winter melon green tea
Have non dairy boba with supposedly quality sugar, and you can specify sugar percentage, really unparalleled choice of boba and toppings, including some of the tastiest standard pearl boba Ive had. And Ive had a lot.The other review saying this isnt really a boba place is nuts, this is like the ultimate boba focused establishment with so many options. The one downside, I guess, is theres no food or snow ice, just some chips etc. But I came for the boba, very good. Been here 3 times now.
Best bubble tea place Ive been to. The taro slush and mango slush are great!
Fave boba spot in Ktown hands down
As much as I want to like this placed... It doest specialize in boba. Think of this place more smoothies like national biscuit company theme.
Plenty of space to sit when I arrived. Great service and I liked my tea.
Great tea shop with a small dining area. Highly recommend the taro green milk tea.
YUM! Be sure and tell them ice and sugar levels because you actually get to control what you drink here! Woot! :) Tasty.
Quick service, unique flavours, and a variety of board games for you to choose from while you enjoy your drink.
I love Kung fu tea, but I have to say that Kung fu tea at San Diego is better that Kung fu Te LA; even the attention in SD is better, I love when they tell you Hi! Welcome and good bye thank you; however they have a lot of board games here in LA which is really cool. Anyway I love Kung fu tea and my favorite one is Passion Fruit green tea.
One of my fave boba places in ktown
Amazing boba tea. My go to place
Ool-OMG the oolong tea is amazing
Super yummy boba and easy to park :)
Great boba.... Try their winter melon especially
Drinks were very delicious if i would have had time i would have went there everyday!!
My honey lemonade with mango boba was Heavenly
Good selection of drinks, many board games to play.
Hands down this is the best boba place ever!!!

One of my favorite
Wow!!! Its so tasty!!!! THE TARO MILK TEA IS LOVE!!!
Great milk tea
Drinks are good.
Great
Much tea, very boba
Coffee bubbles!
Good
A store specializing in tapioca milk tea. You can customize the amount of sugar, the amount of ice cream, the toppings, etc. in a fairly detailed manner (may be valuable in the United States!)This time I had Taro milk tea. There are few shops that offer taro milk tea, so I managed to get to the shop because I wanted to drink taro milk tea.As a result, its a mess. The quality was satisfactory and the price was reasonable and perfect.I could eat and drink in the store without using the table (maybe because I went late at night). There is a disinfectant and a trash can in the store.
Food... 7th Avenue Vermonts Boba Time is good, but its okay here too
Great service
We had a board game so we had fun while drinking tea. We think that beverage is pretty delicious and reasonable price.
Babas house!
Milk tea restaurant.
Healthy mung bean slush
Good
👍👍👍👍👍
