I was helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly dude. I had only went in to patch a tire and he did it in 10 minutes on the spot. And only charged me 10 bucks for a new inner tube and labor 👌🏽

This is the best bike shop in Los Angeles. They can repair things quickly and affordably. The owner is super gracious, and I guess the problem other people have must have more to do with themselves rather than him because Ive been coming here for a long time and have never had a problem.TLDR: Great bike shop, great owner/employees, affordable prices.

Adjusted gear shifting okay.Wasnt able to adjust brakes with shifter/lever combo.

He always helps me fixing with my old bikes. He helps me and make my bike look like knew again.

Its to repair something broken, there are no parts here, and there is nothing fancy. Results are good and turnaround is quick

The dude can be pretty rude. Isnt the first time Im not happy with the treatment out here. Closest bike shop but more than likely wont be coming back.

Fast, good service. Needed my chain tightened and he was busy, but he got it done. Very nice man.

I got my my bearings changed on my bottom bracket and rear hub for $65, went good for about a day or two until I saw that it was still creaking. I took a look inside and realized they were all used and beat up. I then bought an inner tube for $18 and proceeded with my day. After 4 days the inner tube popped but I was positive I didn’t hit anything on the road, turned out it was used with a couple of patches on it. I personally don’t care what he charges just get the job done correctly. Also he is very rude to customers. I don’t recommend this shop!

Took my bike for a tuneup and he charged me $40. When I picked it up, I noticed the front brake handle was soft. When I asked the mechanic about it, he told me that brake inspection was not part of the tuneup and turned his back and walked away from me. Very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Please stay away from this business if you value your bike!

Cruz is a cool guy. He has affordable used parts for almost any kind of bike. Free air for your tires and hes not that expensive.

This A Hole tried to sell me used bearings for my bike and told me they were new. I showed him the scratch marks and the bent cap on one side, he got pissed and called me crazy, honestly I don’t recommend this shop, I also feel bad for all those people that rated this shop a 5 star, because clearly they’re not experienced with bike parts and got scammed.....it’s sad honestly

First time buying bike gear googled closest shop near me found Cruz Bicycle Shop, stopped for tamales and my bike service was finished great customer service and work!

This place is garbage the people over there dont know anything about fixing bikes ..I went for simple inner tube change and they couldnt even check the weel for broken glass ..and it had two pieces.. pathetic

These guys gave me back my bike after a tune-up with a loose front hub, when I asked them to fix it, they overtightened it until the bearings ground, and said I complain too much. The frame was covered in grease, the other part they installed, a seat, had loose bolts!They are terrible mechanics, they lie to your face, and call it truth. Very dissatisfied
