Metro Hub doesnt hire dummies. Staff knows their stuff and will teach you so much you didnt know. When was the last time you gave that bike some love? Bring it in here. They have tools and air!

I love this Metro program and am really excited to see it expanding. The bikes are practical and super useful for getting around, especially in the more flat parts of the city. Its very telling that Metro is putting a big effort into both solving the first/last mile issue with stations and seeking innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Limited hours for hub staffing is better than no bike program at all! Kudos Metro LA! Keep it up!

Wow Kyla was amazing. You can tell she is really passionate about bikes. She really went above and beyond to help me with a lil problem I was having with my bike post. If you any bike maintanance needs she is definitely the person you should visit.

Kyla is nothing short of amazing . I felt taken care of not overcharged and all under good energy . My bike works great now abd I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wish they stayed open longer .
