If I could give it a negative score, I would! I havent been to this store in about 2 years and my o my what a mess it is!!!! While looking for Nikes for myself, I found kids and mens sneakers mixed in w/ womens, wrong sizes in boxes, absolutely NO ORGANIZATION of finding shoes in proper columns, found Pumas in Nike boxes.... When I asked to speak with a manager, cashier said I could wait for 20more minutes when he gets off his lunch break. I planned on buying 4 pairs of shoes, but wont waste any more time or money in there!

Great place to pick up a pair of comfortable basic sneakers!I walked here after the gym (recommend you drive since the area is not that great). They have a huge parking lot. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.I found what I needed which was a pair of basic, black adidas sneakers for work. I dropped one star because they don’t really have a wide range of selection for men. This is more the low range, basic options but there’s a ton of shoes so you’ll probably find something you like!I liked that they had BOGO 50% off and also a 60 day return policy. I signed up for rewards and they give you $10 off in your birth month. I still buy shoes in person and this will be a spot I visit for my next pair!

A wonderfully large layout of shoes to try on. Brands like Nike and Rebook, up to Asics, and Brooks. There were a couple things I didnt easily find, like insoles at the exit line, and the staff associate wasnt the most helpful. I felt like there could have been more enthusiasm and effort into the job.I still recommend this store over any other.

Good overall shoe warehouse with a very good section for casual sporty sports shoes. A good size range too unless its end of year after a big buying season like Christmas and holiday season. I got what I went there for so happy New Year to me😊🙏. Lots of fun and party shoe styles, big mens section and they have adapted to CV19 protocols really well. Prompt service today too. Ill shop there again. 2021...a better year for us all. Stay safe and well.

I used to come here on my way to the gym on Hollywood blvd, i always found here 30% to 70% off brand name shoes, i miss the old days when living in Hollywood used to be calm and pleasant.

Very unsatisfied with the hours your business posted on Google and actual business hours.I drove to you Hollywood location from South Gate, arrived at the local around 8:40 pm thinking I had over an hour to shop just to find out the store closes at 9:00 pm.You should fix this issue ASAP.

I came here at my doctors recommendation and what a fantastic experience! The salesman observed my stride, wear in my current shoes, shape of my food and fit me in a great new pair of running shoes and insoles. He also explained the purpose of every item he recommended. These guys really care about your feet. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Over the years Ive found some great shoes at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse. Today I stopped in to see what they may have and was treated to incredible, heartfelt service from Loretta. She was thoughtful, kind and helpful. She even noticed an issue with my foot and made some recommendations on how I could get my toes to relax. Who thinks about that?! It was definitely more than just a shoe buying experience.

This isnt exactly a good area for this kinda business. Theres limited parking with lots of vagrant activity. Store had a couple of windows that were smashed along Sunet Blvd. Not sure what happened. Guess the ones responsible were angry at their management!

Hey guys after driving to the store from Santa Monica just to find the store gone was a bummer. Please let people know about these, closures as this store has obviously been closed for quite some time.

They had what seemed to be a good deal right after thanksgiving buy one pair of boots get second pair free.. But not that much selection in high quality shoes or boots any longer. Years ago, they USED to have a GREAT selection of brand name and better quality women shoes/boots, but not anymore. Standards have been lowered. You MAY come across some quality or brand name shoes here and there but overall a lot has changed.

In Los Angeles, this is my wifes #1 most favorite shoe haunt. They have EVERYTHING! Men, Women, Childrens, from sports to get your mini skirt out! We love the store on Sunset Boulevard. The staff is always very welcoming, but they let you have room to breathe, which is what you’ll need when you realize just how BIG this place is…The prices are not to be beat and she usually ends up with 6-7 new pairs when we go home to L.A. to visit. I suggest if you’re in Southern California or going for a visit, definitely pay this place a visit.

Amazing customer experience!!! The staff is so helpful. After losing my receipt of a purchase done 2 weeks ago, I called them to see if they could help me print another copy and sure enough they helped me out. This was all through the phone, may I add. Honestly, I am impressed.

They fitted me for insoles and a great set of New Balance running shoes. Great fit. MJ patiently helped me for almost an hour, taking the time to explain all the factors that go into a properly fitted shoe and insole.Will definitely be back.

The organization of the store makes it simple to find the style you are searching for, just read the signs and follow your heart. The sale selection is huge too with a lot of goodies to choose from; its organized by sizes.I always have fun looking at shoes so the size of this store doesnt phase me but I can definitely see being overwhelmed when first entering. They never have my size. This is the 3rd time Ive been here and lately and Im not going to waste my time returning. I told an employee they never have my size in stock and he just laughed. Size 8 is pretty common but Ill be buying my shoes elsewhere from now on.

Good deals, but given the size of the store they dont have a wide variety. But I got a reasonably good deal on 2 pairs of Skechers for buy one and get the other at 50% off. The shoes are very comfortable and they are holding up well. Also, they have many more womens shoes.

Glad theyre open pretty late but sad I couldnt find the nice pair of leather, cushiony dad flip flops I found at the Orange county area. I noticed their range of footwear is often completely random and changes from store to store. Staff is not the friendliest.

This humongous place is located on Sunset blvd. 1/4 mile West of Highland Ave. I have been visiting here off and on, since I dont live in Hollywood, but anytime I want more choices.. I come here. It has ample parking and entrance on both side streets. You can opt to give out your email for discounts and whatnot.

My very favorite shoe store in Los Angeles. They have the largest selection of mens designer brand shoes I have ever seen. The store is always clean and there is always security and helpful staff. You can find some really incredible deals in the clearance section. Huge variety and shoes that are quality. When I take my friends from out of town here they cant believe the selection. Ive had friends get off the plane and want to go straight here before dropping off their bags so they can but shoes for their vacation.

They were the first store to take the time to explain shoe width to me. It was like the shoe angels were singing and playing harps the day I heard this news. Really big store! Open until 10pm which is great for late shopping. Their discounted shoes section is pretty big for women, not so much for the men. Theres just an endless amount of shoes here. They also have a great ongoing deal of buy 1 get 1 half off. They also sell backpacks, socks, purses, sneaker accessories.

After finally finding a bootie that not only looked good, but felt good, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse had both brown and black. One pair I took with me and the other was shipped. Strangely, the second pair was not as comfortable, and I went back again to the San Jose store. I also called customer service who is the reason for the 5 star rating. She was exceptional!

Their selection of Converse All Star high tops is very weak there are better places on Hollywood Boulevard than this joint. They only had one color which was black. all of their shoes despite the millions of them -90% of them are irrelevant.

Before Journeys started selling unique or classic sneakers in every mall in the country. This was one of the few places where you could find Onitsukas, Asics, or a pair of limited edition Adidas Londons. If your in area I highly recommend you visit this place. Oh, dont forget you wallet either, I did, and it sucked.

Insanely huge selection, though most of the shoes were meh. There was a BOGO 50% off deal on all shoes in the store so that was nice. Staff was pretty attentive, especially when people kept getting confused about where the line is at the registers, making sure people were getting timely help.

Lacks a moral compass. I went in yesterday to ask for some empty shoe boxes for a preschool project. (Im a volunteer teacher). The manager said they destroy the old shoe boxes before they put them in the trash and dont give them away. Apparently Off Broadway is more paranoid about someone committing fraud with an empty shoe box, than they are interested in serving a local school. 24 kids in a Ramparts area preschool could have benefited from the planned project, but the boxes went into the dumpster instead. The manager wasnt willing to make an executive decision that serving school kids is more important than worrying about fraud involving an empty box. Congratulations you lost my familys business. You are whats wrong with big business.
