Water is 45 cents per gallon. Alkaline offered. Overall ok experience. Parking in back and in front on street as well. Didnt really get a warm vibe from customer service. I was a penny short and they were serious about it. I didnt realize I was a penny short. Not bad customer service but could use improvement.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, the other day I asked if they can show me the mineral level of their water, the guy showed me the documents dated 2013 and he has no idea what is in the water. There is no clear evidence that this water is truly alkaline and they have no recent dated test document shows the minerals in the water. Very disappointed, $2 for a gallon of is very pricey, as a long term customer I would like to know what I am paying for....I hope they see this review and share the recent test results of their water if they have any...

Easy to get water!

Both the ultra-purified and alkaline waters here taste fantastic. Thats why I come. Im happy to drink tap water, but if I can have water that tastes this good, why not?

You can see the reverse osmosis system they have and you can taste the difference. Also they are very careful with social distancing and cleanliness during this pandemic.

The best water place Ive ever been to. Once I got home, I could tell the alkaline water here was much better than the other place I used to get it in Culver City. I will definitely be going here from now on. Friendly and helpful employee as well.

Recently, the guy behind the counter seemed unsure as to what minerals were added to their water. Like another reviewer, I tested the water to find it was highly acidic and not alkaline.I was able to find another water store where the water was truly alkaline and tasted better. I was wasting my money on their water.

The alkaline water is great! You want something that really quenches your thirst, get alkaline. I bring 5 gallons for regular water, and 1 gallons for alkaline. Makes the alkaline easier to carry around with you for hikes.

Ive been a customer for about four years now, just simply trusting that the water was alkaline. Recently, I had a funny feeling and asked for them to test the water on the spot. The man who was working used his solution test...where you take the water, add another solution to it and test the alkalinity. He assured me that it was alkaline but couldnt give me an exact number. I didnt understand how this was trustworthy as the solution itself that mixes with the water could be alkaline. I assumed he must be telling me the truth and hoped that he really knew what he was doing...A couple of weeks later, I had switched my fish tanks water slowly to the more alkaline, house of living water, because my fish needed more alkalinity to help with their recent funny symptoms. I continued to test the fish tank water and was confused why it wasnt turning more alkaline as I slowly integrated the better water. It is a 30 gallon tank, so I thought I just simply hadnt added enough water yet. Changing a fishs water needs to be done slowly, so I waited and continued to pay attention to my fish. After two weeks of cleaning and changing out my fish tanks water, my fish actually got worse....Finally I grabbed my own ph strips and tested my sink water and the water I had bought a few days ago from the water store, as well as the left over water from a week prior to that . SURPRISINGLY, the water store water completely acidic without any sign of alkalinity whatsoever. My sink water was alkaline. I tested the water stores water over and over in disbelief. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I have health issues and I need alkaline water. I had gone to another store in Sherman Oaks a long time ago several times and had a feeling their water was simply better because of how I felt but I had no proof and it was a long distance to drive. I am going to search for another water store and Im going to dump out all of my new expensive water, into my potted plants of course. Ive wasted years of working on my health and years of money for water that isnt alkaline. Use ph strips so the customers can really see for their own eyes that youre not just adding a solution that makes the water alkaline! :(
