Yes, folks, theres still a pandemic going on. I was greeted by two people not wearing masks, so I took my car next door.

The best place for mature Rovers to hang out.

Terrible service. Bought in my LR3 with an electrical problem and an engine light warning. They told me they could not do anything about the electrical problem, and the engine light they said fixed but 2 weeks later it is back. More than anything, their attitude was really like they did not care to have my business, since I did not have a straight forward problem. It’s a Land Rover for gods sake, when is it going to to straight forward!?Took it to Independent Landrover Complete Auto Service, 407 S Central Ave in Glendale and they fixed the electrical problem, which was exactly what I had suspected and they were nice, gave options and advice. Glad that I found them, but annoyed that Absolute on Hoover took my money!

Great place. They did everything and anything to help me out in a very positive way. Love the work done on my car. The quality was amazing. The prices are the best and I dont think I would have gotten a better deal at any other shop.

I came here for a quote on my dash warning lights and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and even offered advice from his own experience. I am traveling on the panamerican highway and had some specific things they should have checked. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Told them more than once to replace the diesel filter and the rotor filter and that they need to order these parts. They didn’t do it. The oil used was not of the type I asked for.It was great that I could leave the car with then for two weeks while I was back home. I wouldn’t go back to this place.

This auto shop is about to lose their license. I took my Jaguar to get fixed, I was told it would cost me $3000. To get fixed without showing me anything specifically just told verbally! When I questioned the owner he got in my car yelled at me as he was driving it out of his shop and crashed it against his own wall! I yelled at him, to stop because he didnt realize he crash into the wall and was going to cause more damage to both his wall and my car! When he got out of the car he was in an absolute rage. He said a few bad words and told his worker not to worry about it, because he ran to the front of the shop where we were standing. After he saw the damage he cause he offered to fix the bumper and the damage he caused below the bumper. I asked him to take my car out of the shop but he said no at that time and told me to take it out. Before I did I took a picture of him in my car next to the wall he had crashed my car into. When he saw me taking the picture he almost ran me over with my own car. I yelled at him to stop and I yelled at his worker to see what he had tried to do to me (run me over) hes workers loyalty is to his boss so he put his head down and pretended like he didnt see anything. At that point, I knew the owner of this shop could actually hurt me so I got in my car and slowly pulled it car out of the shop and parked right in front of his shop. Out of nowhere the owner walks to the side of my car and throws $140 I had just paid him and mumbled something I couldnt understand.

I am very pleased with the service at Absolute Rover, whenever I had to come in for repair. I can also say that Louis is always very prompt as well. I have never been so happy with any other auto repair shop.

Took my Land Rover in for service and found more damage afterwards.I drive home and notice a new very loud pulsating noise (this isnt something that could be missed on their test drive). I get a new error code and open the hood to find a secondary air hose completely broken and my truck is now missing its battery cover.Unacceptable.Take your Land Rover somewhere else

I took my car here after the dealership charged me $1,800 for the problem they didnt fix. I dropped my Range Rover off here in the morning and it was ready same day afternoon. The problem was fixed and I paid half of the dealers price. These guys are amazing!
