This is the worst company for monitoring and they cant keep their accounting straight. When you call the monitoring line for an emergency it answers Isa Monitoring but no one, uncluding a supervisor, can find your account and there fore cant do anything in an emergency. RUN from this company because they offer NO protection for which you pay $84 for 3 months for nothing.
