Mr. Max is very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The carpet that was installed looked amazing. There were issue that was caused by our fault, but he was very gracious in fixing it for us at no extra cost. An exceptional company that truly focus on customer service. I highly recommend this company for your Carpet needs.

Jennifer was awesome. She realized what we needed done Rafael isnt something they do so she found me a handyman that would do it. I sent her pictures which she forwarded to him and even followed up. It was a little strange that the showroom/office is up in a high-rise office building, but it all works and Linda has a lot of patience to work with clients until they find what they like. Measuring and installation appointments were on schedule, and the two rooms came out perfect.

We placed an order with the owner Max 2 weeks ago and sent our technicians today for pick up as we were told that the order is ready. Once our techs got there Max the owner send them away, saying that the order is not ready. We followed up with the owner and called him, he hung up on us 3 times. What kind of customer service is that? He said that we have an attitude and that he is at lunch! Lunch at 10 AM? OK!?The problem is that when customers call for a follow up, I dont think its right to just hang up. It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, we will never do business with MAX again. And I advice anyone considering purchasing from him to be warned that I am sure that this was not the first time he has done that to a paying customer.
