I didnt know I had a 3rd grandma but lo behold I showed up and met the kindest owner of a lovely chocolate shop (they have great sandwiches and hot chocolate). It has a lovely outside dining area nestled away from the sidewalk. Its like a slice of Europe minus the language barrier!

Average! Thats what I think. Personally, I like American chocolate better than European, my own personal preference, like Sees or K. The caramel is a bit watery and not so caramelly. The sizes were a bit too small. I usually like to share a piece by cutting it, but these are too tiny, itzy bitzy, almost microscopic. The chocolate drinks were probably the best here. Very thick and chocolaty! It was almost like hot slime, but in a good way. The server was nice, nice enough to offer us some samples. I wish I was offered some samples before, not after, we made $70 purchase. Oh well...

My mom got me chocolates from here for Valentine’s Day last year and my mind was blown. They are quite possibly the best chocolates I’ve ever had. Definitely stopping by this year too!

My wife and I had an awful experience with this establishment. I was looking for a place for chocolate covered cherries to buy my wife (her fave). I found this place online and gave them a call. The son of the owner answered and when I asked about delivery, he said he was busy and to send an email. I sent him one and got no response. So I sent another and got none. I assumed they didnt receive it and stopped by w my wife on valentines weekend to buy them in person. When we arrived, they acknowledged getting my email and never apologized for not returning a response. So we blew it off and went ahead and bought a pound of cherries. They charged over $80 so I thought they must be amazing. When we got home my wife and I both bit in and were surprised when we both almost broke our teeth on pits inside. I couldnt believe it because weve never gotten covered cherries w the pits still inside. No one warned us. There was nothing printed on the box. I called this AM to let the female proprietor know. She said oh yes, they have pits inside. Thats why I let all my customers know. When I told her she said nothing to us, she ignored it. So, when I pressed her, she said well thats your word against mine. No humbleness. No so sorry. No contrition. Just an attempt to deflect blame. I think this woman and her son dont have any idea about customer service. I would highly recommend you try one of the many other wonderful chocolate shops around town and avoid this nightmare. They should be ashamed.

Super friendly, great outside seating area, and delectable Belgian chocolates. Also offers sandwiches and a great selection of coffees, hot chocolates, and teas.

I love their chocolates. Not much to be had these days but should be restocked in a bit. Meanwhile I found a new favorite sandwich. Bonnie makes the absolute best Caprese sandwich. Loads of mozzarella, tomatoes, greens and a wonderful balsamic dressing all on a toasted baguette.

Hands down the best chocolate shop on the west side. The chocolates are imported from Belgium. The owners are kind and knowledgeable and obviously care a lot about the quality of their products.

Amazing Belgium chocolates... great ppl. its not the cheapest but its cause they have great chocolates... Not much more to say other than just come n try it out for yourself. num num num oh parking is at the back. if u cant find a spot, go to the back alley. This place is amazing! Such a cool little spot. The owner is so friendly and comfortable, and the truffles were AMAZING. I had peanut butter, espresso, hazelnut, and amaretto. They were all so delicious--the amaretto was my favorite. So smooth and creamy!! Would definitely come back!

Im not sure why I didnt yelp about this place when it opened. They offer a variety of nostalgic candies. Ive bought gifts here...a cheap thrill for many a friend. Its also a great place to buy candy to fill a piñata or fun party favors. Super friendly owner too...warms my tummy and heart.

Great chocolate selection. Not cheap but considering theyre imported its actually not bad at all! If youre missing (like us) the taste of true Belgian pralines, this is the place to go.

Despite the annoying drive, I come here every year for halloween candy shopping. If you need a really large amount of candy, this is the perfect place. I can get about $150 worth of candy that would cost $300-400 at any other store. The prices here are even better than Costco. And they have good quality name brand candy.

This is a really cute, quiet store. They make awesome hot chocolate and mocha, with pretty good croissants. The coffee is reasonably priced! They also have a good selection of imported chocolate and small chocolate liquors and truffles, but these are fairly expensive. They have a cute patio in the back, its a bit loud from Wilshire but really nice covered and floral.

Their chocolate is what theyre known for and I personally think theyre worth every cent! Would definitely go back for their rich, creamy and sweet chocolates.

This store is a great addition to the neighborhood. I love when you can tell that a store exists because the owner has a true passion about what they sell. She is a sweetheart and she makes each visit special. Just thinking about the sour watermelons makes my mouth water.

I just drank the most mind-blowingly amazing cup of hot chocolate. It was indescribably good. Dark and rich and...Just stop by and try it for yourself if you are in the neighborhood: it has to be experienced.I am sure everything else at this shop is amazing as well.

Disappointing. These chocolates claim to be Belgium but as a European who is used to eating Belgium chocolate I can say for certainty that these are not of sufficient quality to be sold in Belgium so are presumably made cheaply for the export market but the price does not reflect the quality. The ingredients are poor, chocolate bloomed in places and certain chocolates tasted stale and old. The truffles were particularly disappointing and some were dry. Flavours were lack lustre and for the majority it would have been difficult to discern the flavour had I not have read the label. The caramels were okay and the best of the chocolates available. I had about 15 chocolates which is roughly 1/2 or maybe 2/3 of the one’s available. Better chocolate can be had at KC Chocolates on 3rd St Santa Monica or at the crepe shop on Sawtelle Boulevard.

Awesome place for chocolates.

The Americano was bold but not burnt, unlike those served nearby. You will nonetheless pay less than starbucks for the superior coffee beans used here. I also ordered two pieces of chocolate that were incredible, my favorite being the cognac ganache. There is outdoor seating with a European feel that I also enjoyed.

Good chocolate place

I get about twenty paces from the door and I have my money out and Im cold sweatin. The place makes me feel like Im buyin candy in the little house on the prairie show. Wicker buckets filled with an array of Kiddie Krack. Just like a true dealer would, the old man in there gives you samples for free so you get all hooked and walk out spending 20 bucks. At least he doesnt have to kick it on 16th and Capp anymore.
