Recently purchased a Dr. Martens Hello Kitty Purse from them. Once I received my item it wasn’t in its new packaging and clearly came with wear on the inside and outside. It has small stains on the outside and shows wear on the inside of the purse. For paying over $200 for a bag that retailed $130 I would’ve expected it to come in new condition and not used. Don’t recommend this store unless you want items with wear on them. I own many Dr. Martens purses so I know when a bag shows wear.

Its cool but they didnt have any of the shoes i was initially interested in. I did end up getting a pair and they are nice but this after i literally asked to see over 13 pairs before the ones i ended up getting. So its a struggle if your a womens 8

In times like these we should support one another business to business, local store shopping etc. But when it comes down to rude staff like that guy that was helping. He had i beleive a zepplin face covering didnt even want to help and explain anything. He had long hair in between skin tone (brown). Then we herd some girl scream in the store about a mask? Ppl here dont know their legal rights??? At my store anyone acting like that gets fired. Out of all the years shopping for doc and tuks this became my last time. Ill go elsewhere and get the right help and care. Know one needs that kind of ignorance

They have amazing service. If youre looking for docs this is definitely the place to go.they have clothing next door same owners which my daughters enjoyed. Their prices reflect their quality. Its something I would expect to find in london.

Good selection of Fred perry polo shirts. Mostly small, med. Less large and xl. Has discontinued, Japanese and English versions as well.

The girls there were so nice and helpful. I had to exchange what I originally bought and I think the owner was there, she was so sweet. Well worth the 3.5 hour drive every time I want a new Fred Perry shirt.

Great inventory! They had Doc Martens I have never seen before. The had rare finds and lots of them. They even shipped the pair I bought back to Arizona for me. Patty was awesome helping me find a perfect pair.

Not a great experience with the return process, would probably only recommend for in-store shopping only. Do not buy online, as if they get to you and are not what you want... good-luck getting a refund or a different shoe. I have been dealing with a return process with them for over 2 months now and I am beyond frustrated and would surely never recommend this place. Still, 2 months later have not been able to get my shoes and the communication on their behalf is awful and not prompt. I was even told by people that Ive spoken to in-store that they would give me calls back and still nothing. Currently, they have my money and my shoes I returned and I still do not have a product or refund in my hand after 2 months of waiting. At this point, I feel like they have stolen from me.

Best store that you could buy Dr. Martens.

Had a horrible experience buying from them. Ordered $250 Dr. Martens and received the wrong shoe after waiting a month to receive them. Had to wait 2 weeks for them to be shipped back so I could be sent the correct shoe. Had to wait another MONTH to get the correct shoe Was then charged import charges afterwards which they refused to pay despite it being their own fault I was forced to pay them to begin with.

Overwhelming! You only see in this place many styles not seen in authorized DMs stores.

First of all what I want to start with is that the shop sent me the wrong shoe size which is already their fault. secondly, they refused to return the purchase and the money, explaining that they could only make an exchange, which is inconsistent with consumer law. third, unpleasant and not very helpful service. I do not recommend

We had a great time visiting Posers. Their selection of Docs were top notch. Im still completely saddened that docs no longer make steel toed fashion shoes however I was able to get a pair of 3 hole white steel toes at Posers! And, I love my new multi color shoes!

Love these guys! Ive been a shopper for over 10 years. After we moved from London, my wife and I were both sad about not being able to shop at our favorite stores. But after finding this place, we were home. Their collection of Fred Perry is awesome... they have things that the Fred Perry store in NYC doesnt even carry...we travel a lot..so, its nice to be able to do all of our shopping here.. they also have docs..My wife loves Dr. Martens and the entire store next door is just docs...so, she likes that. overall, good selection, things we cant find anywhere else...sales people are not pushy.. they leave you to look on your own.. I like to be left alone when Im shopping and hate it when I get shadowed... so, its nice that theyre not all over us... highly recommend for anyone that loves British designers.

Despite seeing the signs that said no refund, we were assured by the salesperson that we could get a refund nonetheless. However, the owner would not, under any circumstances, accommodate us regardless of what transpired between us and the salesman. So, beware and do not get fooled by a lying salesman.

Historic place for Mod, English, Oi!, Ska, etc wear. Great customer service and reasonable prices given what youre buying.If youre looking for limited edition jackets, sweaters or polos this is THE spot.Owners is a great lady who remembers her customers and welcomes you in personally.

Great selection! Be sure to have a couple hundred bucks saved up before you go in. The boots are pricey but worth it. There are 2 parts to the store the left side sells all kinds of boots and the right side sells dr. Martins only. Street parking and paid parking so be ready to pay the meter and get out and hoof it to get there. Will be back for my demonia boots!

I love this place for shoes ! Once, a pair of the London Creepers broke, they were so sweet, just replaced them with a new pair. Unless you go to England, this place has the best “creepers” in town!Really!!!
