Joey is absolutely spectacular and super helpful. He was super attentive and went above and beyond to help me and my family out. If you need anything, Joey is probably your guy. (He deserves a raise).

Customer service here is first rate.

They seem to have the full mens and womens collection on hand. Never crowded so you get attentive but not pushy help. If you dont know Theory: clean lines, simple shapes, sophisticated, medium priced.

First off an employee with a cheap blonde hair job...( FYI.... He is not a blonde cause his eye browns are as dark as charcoal) was rude... And it made shopping a horrible experience, I much rather go to Marc Jacobs across the street which I did and got the best service....now there it was a pleasure to shop... Which I did!!!! Never again going here ... Such an embarassement for a company that I have worn for many years... That blonde employee should be fired... So rude.... NEVER AGAIN.... I have shopped at some of the most prestigious stores in the world and have never been treated this way.....
