This place has a really nice ambiance. The managers are super friendly and accompanying. In the back theres a little plant filled room thats makes you feel nicely tucked away from the streets outside. It would be a perfect place to sit down and relax, study, or catch up with a friend.

Service was great!! Staff was friendly and coffee was tasty. They have alternative milk options and pastries that looked yummy.

I’m a loyal customer coffee bean brand . Love their drinks great customer services. The only issue is that there is not a single shop in my area . Shadow Hills California.

Like Starbuks coffee. Bitter and burned.

The staff is super friendly, and the place is clean with little clutter to help with social distancing. The staff were all wearing their masks and I felt comfortable that they were taking precautions seriously. The parking lot had several open spots as well so it was easy to get in and out.The only downside is the location is a little small so if there are more than a few people inside social distancing can be difficult.

Locals, college students, and visitors alike know that this is a terrific destination for breakfast, lunch, supper, coffee, and desserts!

One star for an all star attitude from Jason today. Havent been treated this rudly for quite some time. Usually I wouldnt throw someone under the buss like this but seriously? Worst coffee bean experience in forever. Certainly didnt feel like my business was appreciated. Wont be back. Ever again.

My preference for coffee is The Coffee Bean. They brew their coffee so that it tastes rich with full bodied flavor. It is not bitter and burnt like Starbucks. They also have a wide variety of tea.

Always a good taste both the drinks and snacks.

Came here for the first time today with my wife and baby daughter. The atmosphere in the courtyard is perfect for a relaxing quiet family lunch. Spanish style courtyard with beatiful gardens and the calming sound of a garden fountain. More importantly, the food was incredible. I ordered the Pollo Y Chorizo (chicken and sausage) sandwich and my wife the Atuna (tuna), both had incredible flavor. Service was also top shelf! Will be coming back for sure!

Go there, take your family and friends, you will like service, drinks, and pastries. I have enjoyed there goodies so well, that I followed The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf from Ralphs Super Marked to their present location. Just how satisfied and happy I am with their service and oroducts.

Another great Coffee Bean! Ive always felt like Coffee Bean has superior coffee, and this one is no different. The location is good, and the staff is friendly. Just be careful in that parking lot; its usually full and has tiny spots. I always try to get a street spot there.

First time here and I ordered an iced mocha and an iced americano. I was served an iced coffee and an iced americano. I was confused when they handed me the incorrect order. The barista (only female one staff) was very rude. She told me I was incorrect and I ordered an iced coffee.. the store was busy and there was a 3 person line, they blew me off and didn’t offere to correct the problem. I would have paid for the correct drink. Lousy service, I’m going to Starbucks for the mocha.
