Was in town from Boston over the weekend with some friends and our AirBnb happened to be around the corner from this place. Food selection was fresh and creative, we were able to partner our breakfast sandwiches/burritos with awesome smoothie combinations. They had great options for the more basic carnivores like myself but also so many options for vegans etc as well.Despite how nice the location is, the staff were the stars. Was greeted warmly each morning and even whilst training a new employee, I was attended to without issue and with a smile on each of their faces (I assume because of the masks 😷.) Happened to be the same guy up front and same guy in the kitchen each time and they were quick and efficient and even brought my food out to me on their cool patio space when it was ready.Absolutely will be coming back here on my return to California and absolutely recommend this to any and all looking for a nice quiet breakfast spot with some fresh options for you.

With love is a great little community hub. Its on the Upscale side, but uses quality ingredients, and has lots of options. Always enjoying working here, or using it as a meeting spot

We used their catering and ordered the deluxe box lunches (for dinner! lol) for a church event of about 20 people. They were amazing! Ready on time, sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the fruit was yummy, and people even liked the salads. It was easy to order and pay through their website, and the catering manager was super responsive to answer my questions ahead of time. We will definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to others.

Lunch provided by my work. I got a tuna melt sandwich, salad, watermelon, and chips. Ice tea floralbwas refreshing. Homemade lemonade was too sweet for me, but perfect for others.

The place is really spacious. They have the ground level where you order your food, you can get a few groceries, and eat. Then theres the second level where you can bring your laptop do some work while enjoying a cup of coffee. They also have an outside garden which you can sit down and drink your latte. They have events depending on the day. And the owner of the place was really friendly, gave me a discount and told me about new ideas their trying to come up with for their drinks.

Really beautiful space-- nice and airy and bright in the front, with a great vibe. The coffee is great, too. Unfortunately the bakery case is full of overpriced, disappointing treats (how can a doughnut be this bad?). And the WiFi works about 50% of the time.

In these days of Covid, when it seems impossible to find a place to get away and work, I find that With Love Market is a very comfortable and relaxing work cafe with nice outdoor seating that is, thankfully shaded. Also, their horchata cold brew is sooo good.

A mini market, coffee shop and cafe with great indoor and outdoor spaces with tables and chairs. Perfect spot for local students with food on site so you dont even have to pack up to find food during a study session. Relaxed, chill spot with an available meeting room.

10/10 on everything!!! The market is amazing, has a little bit of everything of excellent quality and I love their prepared foods section! Its the local fancy organic spot but I can see the effort not only on presentation but making it reasonable and affordable. Everyone Ive met so far is very friendly and likes their job. I am a grocery Connoisseur and this place just does it for me; locally made, owned and staffed, whole hearted effort to build community, great aesthetics. I could go on and on. But you should just go.

I randomly found this place just looking for place to kill a few minutes with a cup of coffee. If youre looking for somewhere to come and work on your laptop, Id definitely check this place out. Plenty of table space and power outlets, and theres even a printer. Its almost more like a shared workspace with a food and drinks available than just a cafe with outlets for your laptop. I look forward to coming back some time when I have more time to enjoy the food and coffee.

This is a wonderful health food market and cafe near South LA. I am a big supporter of bringing more nutritious foods to underserved areas so long as the food is accessible to them (aka affordable!). With Love has a good mix of old and new products, which doesnt make it so unfamiliar to people in the area. The prices are a little high, but appears to be open to being a part of the neighborhood rather than trying to change it

This is a cute little eatery/market near Vermont and Washington. The goal is to help bring fresh food into the neighborhood. They do classes on nutrition and have demonstrations. It is part of the church on the next corner although its not preachy in the store. The food is good. There is a small parking lot around the corner (follow the signs). They have a huge shared table downstairs and smaller tables upstairs. Give it a try. Its trying to doing good for the neighborhood.

Amazing place whether youre looking for breakfast, just coffee or lunch. Fresh, local organic ingredients and good prices too. Theyve got great spaces to work and wifi and a patio out back too. They host a lot of community events and I love what theyve got going here.

This one-of-a-kind place is a combo healthy marketplace/cafe/community center just off the freeway at Vermont. With Love is extremely community-focused and the ownership is determined to make the neighborhood a better place for its residents. If you want to eat/shop with a social conscience, I cannot think of a better place to go.

Great little market/cafe. Only a few months new but offers a great variety of products. Ice coffee is very refreshing and the back patio garden offers a great spot to relax in the shade. Highly recommend if looking for a healthy local alternative and a place to just relax.

This is one of those great hole in the wall places you might stumble upon...literally! I had no idea where to go for lunch for a one hour break during training. I simply followed a small group of people I recognized from my class, and Im so glad I did! The cafe, nestled on a side street is quaint and comfortable. Once inside, the commotion outside is silenced to a welcoming and friendly environment with great customer service and scrumptious food ( I tried a signature entree with chicken and coconut milk as listed ingredients)! I did have a longer than anticipated wait for my food, but checking out the items in the market made the wait much more interesting. One more day of training tomorrow, and I might be stopping by this little hidden treasure again😉

I ordered a breakfast burrito well after noon and even tho i felt like the order was an inconvenience to make at that time they gave no issues and it was the best breakfast burrito I ever had. Service is always so friendly and nice, food is incredible.

What a nice space! I love loft cafes. Theres amole seating though lots of students studying. I love that this place serves everything -- grocery snacks, coffee, food food, and even good missions for the community. Though they do everything, love that its pretty low key. Its quiet, its spacious, down to earth staff, easy parking.Such a good environment, I had an epiphany while journaling and praying here haha. With love.

Good food and great coffee. Would be ideal for studying and reading was it not for the insisting music; why play upbeat pop and salsa when the cafés landscape promotes laptop/study/reading environment? I suppose one could bring headphones or earplugs.

Also a great place to get work done during the week, since there is plenty of seating both inside and outside.

Just discovered this place and its adorable! Its got a great little selection of healthy food, the coffee is really good and they have all the bits to dress it just how you want it.They have a cute little garden in the back with shaded seating and faux grass. I tried their peanut butter and banana panini which I didnt quite like that much. The banana was very overpowering to the panini and had this taste that I didnt particularly like, but when I visited other times I had their organic cookies which are absolutely delicious! Oatmeal raisin is my favorite out of all the cookie options. If Im ever craving cookies and want to be healthy Ill definitely come here.

This is a business everyone should support. A healthy grocery store and community center in a neighborhood where food stores are mostly lacking. The space is beautiful and offers a quiet space to read or work, yummy protein bowls and juices, and yoga and cooking classes. Too bad I dont live nearby.

Well, this place have great potential, but needs hard work to get there. Very little items on the menu, and half of them are not served after 11 am. You should try harder with a great location like this.

The coffee is tasty. There is parking in the back, and there is street parking except during traffic hours in weekday afternoons. I love the high celing and brick and mortar walls.
