Visiting from ATL the day before I came to LA. I cracked my laptop screen 🤦🏽‍♂️. I called Advance Computer Corp (Computer Palace). Their prices are affordable. And they were able to fix my 2019 Macbook Pro THE NEXT DAY. 100% Recommend for all Apple repairs.

I live in Arizona but was going to LA and needed a screen replacement for my MacBook Pro which had been broken since the beginning of the Pandemic. I looked around and ran into Advance Computer, which had very good reviews. They were able to replace my screen in one day, for a very reasonable price, and were very responsive and professional in all of our communications.

My workhorse 2013 macbook pro took a bad fall and needed a full screen assembly replacement. I was able to drop it off right before closing on a Monday, and got a call back by 10:30am the next morning with an assessment.I was quoted a really reasonable price on getting a new part, but they were also very accommodating when I asked to instead use a refurbished replacement part that I was able to source myself, and only charged me for the work to install the part I supplied.The finished result came back to me in like-new condition and works perfectly. 5 stars!

Took in my MacBook with a very strange display glitch. The followup was very quick.I ended up deciding against the repair. Upon pickup I was notified that I would not be charged anything even though they had obviously spent days calling up vendors trying to find me the lowest price for my repair. Absolutely wonderful customer service. 100% recommend to anyone!

I was always leery about taking my computer anywhere to get worked on and I was happily surprised with my experience. Navi kept me apprised of everything going on and they were so fast and easy to work with!

My computer screen broked and I got new one from eBay. I called a lot of place to check prices just for services of change screen. Everyone give me high price and I finally called computer palace. They give me really affordable price, and when I came their place they were really friendly and they did really good job. He changed screen just in 15 munites. I really appreciated computer palace for being helpfull. Also, for new costumers, they have parking lot in back of shop.

This place is awesome. I took my computer to another repair shop the week before and they told me my LCD and logic board needed to be replaced and my hard drive was going bad. I took it to Computer Palace for a second opinion and they were able to make a small repair to the logic board to fix it. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for honest and professional opinion.

Noel is super helpful with retrieving data from my macbook pro. He worked extra hours to get out my most important folders in two hours (We are talking a lot of GBs). He is very efficient and patient. This store is in a nice building in Ktown, easy to find, plenty street parking space, close to USC.

The guys at Mac Repair did an amazing and honest job in repairing the logic board in my MacBook Pro. Other shops wanted over a grand to replace the board and even suggested I bought a new computer, while Mac Repair was able to go in and fix the defective part, so I could keep the board and save a big chunk of money. Bravo, Mac Repair!

My 2012 MacBook Pro fell victim to a flying cocktail at a DJ gig. Things appeared to be ok at first, but then it started getting kernel panics when using the rear USB port and some devices wouldnt work at all or intermittently. I gave Advance a call and gave them the rundown. They were honest in their prognosis and conservatively advised me that they might be able to repair the liquid damage. I took my chance and 3 days business days later, they called me to ask for a repair approval. They had located the damaged parts on the logic board and reassured me they could fix it. I gave the green light and received a working computer 5 business days after I dropped off the mac. Its been 5 months since the repair and the computer has been working perfectly fine. The final cost was on the lower end of their quote so I couldnt be happier. I had checked around town at 3 other repairs shops beforehand, but have to say they came correct!

Dropped off my MacBook Pro for repairs. Computer Palace quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of the problem. Great folks - they do what they say theyll do and charge what the estimate says.

Fred is a life saver! My 2011 Macbook Pro took a dive and, still under Apple Care, went in for an extended Apple Store repair leaving me Mac-less. Thankfully my gf had a retired 2009 iMac packed away - but it needed a RAM increase to handle OS X Mavericks and a larger hard drive to handle my graphics-heavy workload. I called around town to find a shop that could act fast without breaking the bank and I stopped looking after phoning Mac Repair LA. Fred took the iMac in (he actually offered to come to the house if I couldnt make it in!) and had the iMac up, running and ready to go within two hours! The price was unbeatable and I felt as if I was working on a brand new machine. My Macbook Pro is back and running like new, but guess which machine is now my main Mac? Yup. The iMac. Fred, thank you!!!! Ill be back!
