Many times closed at night

Bought a coffee and big gulp then was acuused of using slurpee machine and accused of associated with a previous shoplifter obvious discrimination I had nothing to do with it. I was angry they had no reason to suspect me of being a shoplifter . What a bummer

Lady tried to overcharge me for my drinks. When I called her out on it she acted like an idiot so I just took off

Went to go grab some snacks and the price clearIly says two for 7 Dollars with 711 card and 9 without it. When the cashier rang me up, the price came out to 9. I let the worker know about the deal and from the get-go he talked back with an attitude. I explained that’s what the price sticker says and he kept saying that I am wrong and ended his sentences with “do you understand?”. Here’s the funny part. when another customer(Same ethnicity) came up right after me and asked a question, all of the sudden he’s nice. Ridiculous. The worker’s name is pilot. Seems like there are good number of bad reviews about this place and its customer service. Won’t be going there again.

Great location but parking is a bit tricky. There are a few metered spots on Wilshire though.

The lady who work there night time she’s very rude I go to this 711 every night and I ask to use the restroom for a minute and she’s said no this restroom only for employees but there’s no sign said that or no public restrooms and the other day a saw people and Coustmer using the restroom I don’t know what’s wrong with this worker at this 711 you spent money there every night and they don’t let you use the restroom

Check the expiry date for beer

It’s very new and clean but the customer service feels very dual, the people who work there don’t seem to care about there job.
