Cant get better then that.I dont know if I was lucky, because every time I pass by this place is always busy and has a line. Well today I was lucky because there were obpy 2 people in front of me.

I came here with a large group (47 people) and we were well taken care of. The cookies were constantly being replenished to ensure you got a fresh cookie and they were very understanding of our allergies and diet restrictions. They moved through our group in under 10 minutes. The cookies were delicious and the ice cream was a great compliment. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be coming back!

You pick your choice of fresh baked thick wonderful cookies, can choose different ones for tip and bottom if you like and then choose which ice cream you want inside. All this for only $3.50No wonder there is always a line. Definitely worth the wait. Had white chocolate macadamia nut, gooey thick cookies with mint chip ice cream, thought I died and went to heaven. The first thing that comes to mind is delicious. I ordered an ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookie and white chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter ice cream in the middle. Was very very good and at $3, you cant complain. My wife and daughter both got ice cream sandwiches and they said theres were delicious as well.

What can be said about this place that hasnt been said already. It Is a staple in the area and in LA. There will be a long line no matter when you get there. But its so easy and cheap and delicious its worth waiting the 15-30 mins it will take you to get your ice cream sandwhich cookies. There are a ton of options for cookies and ice cream and the staff is always friendly and nice especially when dealing with college students everyday.They could make a killing by raising their prices even a dollar or two but they never do and its such a great value for what you are paying. You owe it to yourself to try this place at least once in your life.

Cookies are decent, prices are good, but customer service is terrible. Most of the staff is incredibly rude, will either ignore you or yell at you. I walked in with a friend and got yelled at by a staff member for turning to ask her what she wanted. When I apologize, he rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I had to wait for another staff member to come take my order. They are extremely pushy and will rush you even if you’re just trying to say your order or pay.

Very long line on a Saturday night. Apparently, this place has been a fixture here for about fifty years. The line moved reasonably quick, but it ended up taking about a half an hour to get to the counter. Everyone around us was very friendly, and was either there for the first time like us, or a veteran who encouraged us that it was worth the wait. So the experience in line was not negative.We got a dozen assorted cookies. They were excellent. We would return, but if in a hurry, we would avoid Saturday night.

When I saw the line of 15 plus people on a weekend night, I thought to myself oh my God what a wait. But it went by so fast!!! Less than a minute for each person. But let me tell you, the star of the show is definitely the damn brownies! Theyre so moist and fudgey without breaking apart. I could go for one of those now.

I feel that their cookies are good but the ice-cream is passable. I liked it a little more than last time mainly because there was no line, but overall I still feel that this A-OK.

All at a price that hasnt changed much in a couple of decades. While practically everyone keeps going up on there prices. They also have some really great flavored shaved ice that is perfect in the summer heat. There usually is always a small line but well worth it in the end
