I love love this store! SUCH WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner she is really friendly and nice and Noel is really funny and nice, and was able to help my mom and I match a good foundation. When I would shop at Sephora for a foundation they always gave us wrong colors but Noel was able to help us out. I love their whole store! Very clean too. I recommend it to everyone.

I have the best make-up instructor (MS Claudia). They have the BEST customer service and to top it off they have morphe bruses.

Went here today,at the Norwalk,CA location HORRIBLE customer service only 1 lady working the counter,I walked in and wasnt even greeted or talked to at all the whole time,despite that I chose to purchase something and waited for the worker to walk over to the counter she proceeded to help another client and told us to wait,and for some reason we waited,the client she was helping walked away to look at something else and the worker proceeded by not helping me checkout instead she went on her phone to text at that point I walked out never coming back.
