Very quick. Supervisors are great help with any issues....Nelson helped me get what i was looking for. He is very professional and got everything I needed in a timely fashion. Thank you CFI! Hes a keeper.
Friendly person, the best job Ive ever had, I am very grateful🙂
People in the receiving office are friendly, polite and motivated Unfortunately they have way too much business for such a small place, plus I THINK all/most of the dock workers are all hired from an outside job agency so they really dont care much if you get unloaded or not.The dock is crazy tight and only about 5 trucks max can wait on property. The rest have to wait on the street. I have seen truckers fight trying to get into the entrance when they are trying to enter from opposite directions of the street.Sometimes this place unloads quick, sometimes its a 5-6 hour wait for one pallet, especially on Friday nights/Saturday mornings. All the other freight forwarders in LAX are MUCH quicker. Pack a dinner and the porta-potties are near the truck entrance. Good luck!
They are open 24/7 which is definitely a bonus. Their staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. However, they do not have bathrooms for drivers and there is hardly any room to maneuver. They are very prompt about moving equipment, however.
This company is involved in credit card fraud. I never bought anything from them. I never even knew they existed until my credit card company called and told me they just charged my credit card twice for about $5,000 each hit. I called the company and after being run around in circles, they could not identify what was purchased or by whom. Being that they are a shipping company, if they were not the scam artist themselves, the pickup or drop off point would clearly identify the scam artist. But since they would not disclose this, it is clear they are running the scam. There probably was not even a shipment involved. I have reported them to the local police department. If you find yourself a victim of this business, you should notify the police as well.
Best way to enter with a semi truck is thru driveway on W 111th St. The staff all seemed friendly and they unloaded 15 cases in less than an hour at 4:30am. The docks are tight and can be tough to get into if its busy because the lot is NOT very big. Theyre open 24 hrs and unload FCFS.
Turn right on 111th first entrance on the left one way in, one way out not too bad check in at door #1 at end of building on the left
Terrible place to work the supervisor doesnt care about his employees and only posters to his leads and the leads act like fabbots.Terrible company dont waste your time
Garbage people. Horrible yard. The owners make sure they are above other people and the office is in absolute contrast to the yard. 45er-type people, definitely.
Theres 4 People in the office alway chatting, about the weekend, what she did, he did OMG, ext, ext .. they see me Im waiting for good 12 min, then they ask me, have you been Help! !!.. Im JUST doing A pick up. Its been 28 minutes still waiting behind. The fence.. how mush longer ..!!!
Good people, horrible yard. If you deliver here, expect a very challenging back to your door, and stay alert while there, accidents happen often due to very tight space.
