This guy booked a shipment for me that was lost at sea. I ended up losing $60,000.00 in product because of Carl Yoo because he never offered me any insurance. He just ignored me for 3 months while I struggled to recover and never offered to try to help me until I told him I was suing, which I am. Incompetent and negligent, this guys should not be in business!

We have worked with J.I.T. for over 10 years which says a lot and earns this 5 star review. Carl is always professional and efficient in processing our Customs entries. We wouldnt use anyone else.
