A good costco that’s does it’s best to keep well stocked. It’s often very busy but what else do you expect in the LA area. Please note the hours in the picture ive posted. Google said this Costco opens at 9 on sundays, I showed up at 9 and there were many angry people even though the hours are posed by the door. I submitted the change to google so hopefully they will update soon.

Nice young man who works at Costco managing the parking lot automatically came over and asked if I needed help getting a very heavy AC unit into my car. I was worried what I was going to do but he rushed over and did it with a smile. I love Costco and their employees! I wish I got his name! Was wearing black workout leggings and a gray sun hat!

Huge parking lot with lots of parking space. Stocked up on smoked salmon, Kirkland hard saltzer, croissants, etc. Dont go to Costco when youre hungry because youre definitely going to overbuy. Their portions are for giants - the shampoo bottle last for like 2 years and even the small items have big packagings.

Costco is a super convenient place to get items for cheap when you purchase in bulk. Its an especially great place to get alcohol and household items. And the food court pizza cant be beat! The only reason I dont give it five stars is because its usually *way* too busy at the Los Feliz location, making it a stressful place to be in.

The website could use some work. It was difficult finding specific products I needed at a location near me. Even though I selected to browse products at the store in Glendale and said it was in stock, when looking for those items they could not be found. I was told that those items were at the business store and would have to travel to that location. I had no idea there were two different types of Costcos.... so my trip was in vein. Be careful when searching for products online as their website doesnt let you know if youre looking at items at the regular store or the business one, even if you selected a store near you. Overall, my online experience wasnt good. 2 Stars!

I couldnt get any help to answer a question. I felt that it was hard to get service. The other people were treated appropriately. This isnt the first time Ive had an issue like this at a Costco. I didnt feel like forcing the man working in the dept to help me as he was offering to everyone else in the area. This was my first visit in the warehouse in a year. I will try the pick up or delivery. I will need to check Inglewood even though it is very far from my home. I want to see if the service is better when there are more customers who look like me. Ive never compared Sams Club. I need to do that. I will just work harder to make more money to pay a bit more for things. Im reaching my limit of financially contributing to companies that hire people who dont understand the importance of treating ALL customers equally with respect.

Costco is the one place where you have to buy two to four of everything for a discount lol...Costco has fantastic prices on food, optical department, pharmacy department, photo center, clothing and of course their famous food court where you can get a giant-since of pizza and soda for $1.99 or a whole pizza-pie (18 inch) for $9.95! Once inside and nearing the bakery there are free food samples, always! If you forget your membership card just bring a valid ID and they will provide a one day pass or if you lost it, stand in line e and receive a new one for free.

Our family has been shopping at this Costco since it first opened as a Price Club. We buy goods both for our businesses and for home, and for decades it has been great. Yet Ive recently experienced inferior products. I know Costco has Bajillions in sales, and perfection is highly improbable, but that is no reason to compromise product quality. Some of the issues are in the packaging, and others with the actual products.Perhaps the most inconvenient issue is when it is a lesser value or smaller item. We recently bought several 12 pack containers of apples for a donation and some were rotten when we open the packages. Or our recent poinsettia plant that died a few days after purchase. I dont want to stand in the Costco return line with a dead poinsettia or rotten apples to return for a credit. It seems demeaning. I challenge Costco to create a more efficient and respectful return system. When they do, their score goes to 5 Stars!

Let this review stand as a warning: Costco in Atwater in already getting filled up with crazy Holiday bargain seeking customers as of NOW, December 4, 2018!I had to pick up a few things and prescriptions from the Pharmacy and i was here early as in 10am which is their opening time.To my shock the check out lines were already at least 6 deep! The aisles were near clogged. And this was not Saturday or Sunday or December 24th.I guess i had forgetten about the fervor with which the Costco customer shops. Shopping here is not fun or a joy: its more like a frenzied footrace or marathon dance as in that Jane Fonda movie in which the contestants dance until they die...literally.For me, on the other hand i get into the crowds, the determined looks on the faces of the shoppers, the myriad backgrounds from which all these varied shoppers come. We have Armenians, Filipinos, Chinese, Mexicans, Guatemalans, African Americans, Caucasians and various mixtures of all of the aforementioned. Its a racial stew. But what binds them all? The rush for the bargains. I love it here. So: i picked out my few items, picked up my prescriptions and got in a line of about 5 in front of me. As it happens usually i was out the door in about 10 minutes. Not bad. This is the Costco way, right? Get em in, get em out quickly.Outside there is the parking lot. Oh boy: THE Costco parking lot. Now that is another story.

Super busy membership store. Not your typical warehouse store! Its more of a carefully curated selection of the best products available, in bulk + larger sizes. Costcos own Kirkland Brand is here which is always a high quality alternative to the top name brands--and is often made BY those name brands. You would do well to buy nothing but Kirkland! This store sells clothing, household + lifestyle products along with all the food. Also, Optical + Jewelry is here. I love the wide selections of healthy snacks + food they carry including keto + paleo types. Even though its a busy place, there is still plenty of parking + cashiers are so efficient that theres rarely more then a few minutes wait to check out. Snack bar outside now requires membership card to buy their famous hotdogs. That seems like a dumb move but oh well. Return line is busy due to Costcos excellent, liberal return policy. Lots of great stuff here!

Different costcos will stock differently based on demographic and demand. This Costco sometimes stocks Tuna steaks, salmon fillets, and other fish cuts at great prices. The fish is also fresh, and a good portion of them are farmed, not wild. They also sometimes stock pork belly based on availability. This is the only Costco close to most people in LA, so it is congested. They do not have sashimi grade fish, so if you plan to eat the raw fish here, do so at your own risk. Always remember to follow FDA regulations for best results.

Ive been to Costcos in several states. And have to say that this one does not rank among the top pleasant ones to visit. The staff are usually not helpful and even downright rude upon entry. Which is understandable in Los Angeles but this goes way beyond Angelean snobbery. Checkout management leaves a lot to be desired theres usually a line no matter what time of day. The food court area is usually uncapped and dirty with trash. Which the return line backs up into. The parking lot is like a aggravated Baghdad Bazaar with carts strewn about uncollected and encumbering. There are more than coincidental price discrepancies so remember that at checkout. And finally slow a foot traffic isnt well-planned causing backups in certain areas especially in front of the deli. There are however the obligatory Samplers and thats nice and you can occasionally get a fresh bouquet of flowers.

After the replacement, I found on the dashboard that the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) does not work. I drove 25 miles, the low tire pressure light came on. On May 11, I came back to the Costco Tire Center and asked what happened with my car. Technician identified that tire pressure monitoring sensor on the front left wheel does not work. The technician refused to replace sensor (not available) and recommended me to contact the official Lexus dealer. On May 12, dealer fixed this problems. Damage expenses cost me 358.79$ after your tire replacement in my vehicle. I waiting for response from Costco managers. After 5 business days I got a check from Costco claim department. Costco is good for some reasons. Not all the store has good deals, you have to be smart and be up to date with prices because some items are exorbitantly priced, I consider that TVs, clothing, and some items have savings of up to 30% compared to other suppliers. Just dont give yourself up to buy everything, be very careful.I recommend that you invest in your executive membership because at the end of the year with the 2% savings your membership will be free and if you apply for the credit card you still have an extra 2% savings, this is a great deal. Another plus 4% saving in gas.
