Beware of dry snorkel strap attachment that broke easily and TERRIBLE (nonexistent) customer service!I called and emailed them with a simple question about how to remove the upper valve or mouthpiece from the Oceanmaster dry snorkel tube so we could continue to use it on or trip. No answer to the phone calls and no reply to emails!
I absolutely love the oceanmaster masks but after my customer service experience with Tammy I will absolutely never buy an ocean master mask again. I received a new mask for my birthday from my wife and the snorkel keeper was broken. I wanted to PURCHASE a replacement. Not trying to be rude by any means but Tammy was a raging psycho on the phone and so completely rude to me that I will never ever purchase ocean master again. She was upset that I wasn’t using her exact terminology and upset that I was calling her again because they sent me a nose piece diaphragm instead of a snorkel keeper. She said that I wasn’t specific enough and how was she supposed to know what I wanted... I asked for a snorkel keeper replacement... don’t know how that translates to a nose diaphragm. Just so rude. I couldn’t believe the conversation I had with Tammy. Don’t do business with these people. Totally not worth it.
They used to have the best masks bar none! Their people suck.
I wouldve given them less than one star if I could have...dont answer phones, and the address they show is a Japanese travel company in Tokyo mall, downtown LA. Dont risk ordering from them.
