I came in on Sunday afternoon looking to buy the 11 or 12 iPhone model. I was greeted by that staff; Kimberly the sales rep got me registered and was available to help me right away. I had a lot of questions but thankfully she was able to guide me on what would be the best phone and what accessories offer the best protection. I will definitely be coming back to this store for the new IWATCH.

Came here after a horrible at&t store experience. Josue and Alejandra were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this location and T mobile!!!

Rarely give 5 StarsExcellent customer service were patient with me while they worked endlessly to correct glitches during one of the hardest times of my life so I know I was not easy to deal with they were great I was so happy I went into the store and did business on 75 so I call everybody under 50 kids great bunch of kids

I have three T-Mobiles closer to me but this location has the friendliest employees. Today, Jazmin helped me find a phone for my mom for my moms birthday. Jazmin was nice, gave me recommendations, and we chatted. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I didnt feel pressured into getting the highest end gadgets or accessories. 5/5 do recomend

I bought a new phone a couple of weeks ago and Im still beaming about the awesome customer service I received. Adolfo was a HUGE help. He made sure that I knew what I was buying and how to transfer apps and data from the old phone. Friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. That isnt easy to find but its what you will get if you visit this location.

I wanted to write this review months ago after my visit when the store was brand new. Im finally getting it done!I had the assistance and expertise of the entire staff when I stopped by this location after work one Saturday afternoon soon after their stores debut in this neighborhood. One salesperson in particular, (I actually think he was a manager) spent time with me, answering my every question with knowledge and utmost patience. He took the time to get to know what I wanted in a tablet and encouraged me to make a choice that Im happy with. Even though it meant I spent less money, it was a better choice for what I needed in my device.I was definitely impressed with the knowledge of each person working here and with the enthusiasm everyone had for their job.

Amazing staff! These guys were so helpful and nice and really knew their stuff when I went in there with a malfunctioning phone. Michael even talked to Apple for me and fix my issue with them. The two women (Im so sorry I didnt get their names) also were attentive and helpful and solved my iCloud problem too. 10/10 for great service guys!!

Just left this T-Mobile store. There was ZERO wait time ( unlike every other Tmobile ), the gentlemen that were helping me, were fantastic. I have been having issues with my bill. I popped into the T-Mobile on Rowena and Omar saved my life!!! Hes super friendly and his calm demeanor helps when you are frustrated. He went step by step and explained the situation to me thoroughly. Poor Omar. Im always coming to him with my issues now!! Hahahaha heheheh
