GNG Vinyl did a redo of my deck and gazebo and it is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is top notch and I can’t wait for warmer weather to entertain on the deck. The crew was so professional - punctual, cleaned up every day and was very responsive to my questions and suggestions. Dan, specifically was very knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I had hired GNG to do a job at my home a few years back. When I started my business, I decided to contract with them again. Well, that was a big mistake. I’ve since learned that once they’ve got your money, don’t depend on good maintenance, repair or customer service. I have been attempting to get a broken panel replaced now for over 3 weeks. I explained the urgency of the repair due to the nature of my business. Every time I call, it’s the same answer “We have you on our list”. I’ve even texted and called my initial sales person more than 4 times. As well, as left him several messages. Yet, to this day no reply back. The last time I spoke with someone, they told me to hire a private contractor if I wanted it repaired sooner. So, I guess they not only do not need business. But, they definitely don’t take care of repeated customers.

Great company to do business with. Milton paid great attention to our project. Rafi and Edward did such a good job and I want to thank them for being so good at explaining the job step by step. Great clean up after the job, hauled all the remnants off and disposed of them.

We contacted GNG to provide us with an estimate to add 2 pergolas to our backyard, and they sent Dan M. out to provide us with an estimate. 2 days later, I contacted Dan to let him know we’d like to move forward, and was told he was on the road and would call me back. Needless to say, Dan never returned our call. We tried contacting the main office and left a message, letting them know we wanted to move forward but never heard back from Dan...and sadly the office never returned our call either.I’ve read several reviews about Dan the sales guy ghosting customers...so I don’t know how this guy stays employed by ghosting customers. I wouldn’t waste my time with this company, especially if you’re serious about getting your job done!

Awesome experience working with these guys. Art was my project rep. He came out and was able to find the best, yet most cost effective way to complete my project. It’s a rental property so the cost effectivity was very important to me. As far as installation goes the guys (Edo and Raffy) were flawless. I have never had such ease working with a home improvement company. Highly recommended.

Amazing transformation of a fence and wall. GnG Vinyls team was outstanding from beginning to end. Their representative,Gary Karamanoukian, was very knowledgeable of the process and the materials. He even visited the project during the installation which only took one day. We bid out this project to several companies but GnG had the best balance of knowledge and price. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a single gate I wanted to replace at my house. The fact that it was a small project was my biggest issue I had in this process because companies weren’t even coming out to give me prices. Then I ran into GNG. Art came out to give me price, I visited there amazing showroom, then one week later jimmy and hector came out and installed. These guys get it, simple as that. Will use again for my patio.

Our GnG fence was installed today, and my husband and I are delighted. It is beautiful, and Artur and his assistant put it up in record time with no fuss, no muss, and wearing face coverings. Simon was our designer, and he was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and walked us through the whole process. He also did not give us any sales pitch, just listened to what we wanted. The price was so reasonable, less than we had anticipated. GnG also has a great showroom. I highly recommend GnG and Simon and Artur.

Sent a gentleman out by name D##. Discussed what we wanted and told us he would send the quote over via email that night. Well its 6 days and after a couple texted to him no quote and no answer. This is bad biz we had 3 jobs ready to move forward and we couldnt a written quote. Damn shame . I guess business is good with his other customers.

Quality of installation was top notch - solid work - no complaints there. The biggest issue I have with this company is their sales process. I shared a picture of the fence I wanted. Salesman agreed and said it was easily doable. After spending close to $10,000, I got a different fence and was lied to by the salesman. I would not recommend this company given my experience.

I could not be happier with our vinyl fence. This company was wonderful to work with. They show up on time and do a wonderful job. Everyone here is so nice to deal with. We are so happy with the work GNG did that we have recommended them to numerous friends and hope to get a patio cover done by them in the near future. The installers were quick and very pleasant to work with. All around a great company to deal with and their work comes out beautifully!

I was expecting just a good job, instead I received perfection. My patios, gazebo, wall backer all came out perfect. Gary the sales manager, Milton salesman, Gary the general contractor are all top of their game. I cannot say enough about this company and the prices are right.

Had a pergola installed on a side patio. GNG was competitively priced with a great quality product. Aside from that, they get 5 stars for their patience in dealing with our schedule. We went to contract with them before having the patio done. Ended up having to wait over 5 months before being able to have it installed. It is all now done, beautiful, and we love it.

The experience in dealing with them was top-notch, the final product more than satisfactory, and the pricing competitive. All site visits were on time as promised. Their representative named Jack explained the job thoroughly and answered questions fully. He was professional, courteous, and instilled confidence in the company. They came back after the job was completed to adjust the lock location at no charge. We are quite likely to hire them for jobs in the future.

Just got a 185 ft white picket fence installed by Alex and Jose. Both arrived on time (even earlier) and worked their butts off to get the fence installed within 2 days. They also replaced and fixed the water sprinklers that needed to be replaced to install the fence post.Artur was my representative who came out and provided an estimate. He was friendly, professional and did not pressure at all. He provided details about everything and was a pleasure to work with.Vinyl fencing is not cheap though. But its maintenance free and long lasting. I would highly recommend GNG!

After Tony and the crew did an excellent job installing a fence and rolling gate at our business we had them do another job. Once again we are very pleased with the work and the whole experience. It’s true when they say you pay for what you get because in the beginning we had lower bids from other companies but we felt comfortable to go with higher bid for quality and service. I am sure we will use them for all of our future needs for business and personal.

Had GNG install vinyl fencing earlier this month and looks great! Tony was awesome and he really looked out for us when we were trying to figure out how high the fence should be. My neighbors property is a couple feet higher than ours and he even thought about making sure the fence was high enough so a dog couldnt jump over to our yard in case our neighbors decided to get a dog in the future. The guy who came to do the installation was professional and didnt rush our job even though he was running really late for his next job. He made sure it was done right even though the office was blowing up his phone. I highly recommend GNG Vinyl.

Had GnG vinyl Fence company do a small picket fence in our front yard. The job came out beautiful. We were so pleased we had them come back and do a complete fencing on two sides of our home, including a steep hill in the rear of our property. They, again did a super job. The sales rep Levan, was excellent and made suggestions as needed after we told him what we wanted. A problem came up with a gate not fitting correctly. I am so exstatic and thrilled with my new fencing from GNG! I highly recommend this company. GNG vinyl fencing installed fencing on my front yard, side and back yards and installed a patio deck. I compared their work with other companies, and found them superior in their workmanship. I was going to go to Lowes and use their fencing materials, but found out they GNGs fencing materials are made to last for years and are guaranteed. Inside each post is another metal post to keep the vinyl from moving or getting destroyed. The materials are custom made at their store to fit your fencing needs. It is so easy to clean - I just broomed it off after the last muddy rains - it came clean looking like new. Artur knows his stuff and how to get things done. We had an awkward from area where we wanted our gate, he figured out how to do it so it would work smoothly. Our front yard was on a slope - they custom designed it, leveled it, dug the posts, and worked very hard until it was done right. The workers personally cleaned each vinyl piece before they left for the day. They arrived in their white van, loaded with the necessary tools, they work coordinating as a special team - they know how to do the job quick! With all the vinyl in my huge property, it took two days. And they took special care to not mess up my concrete around the pool. Now my home is a show piece, it really increased the value of my property. Dont go anywhere else, go to GNG. They will also work with you on your payments.
