The owner is very knowledgeable about the furniture he sells. I was extremely impressed by the information he shared about the futon I came in to purchase.

I made a purchase and was supposed to be delivered to my home which was not because supposedly I did not arrive on time. My window time was from five till 7 PM. The guy who delivers arrived to my home at 6:30 and did not bother to call me like he was supposed to. I provided the owner with my cell phone number which they never called. The next day I called and spoke to the owner and he was going off at me because he wanted me to take the blame for not arriving on time, when In fact, my window time was from 5-7pm. You should wait till 7 And not 6:30 and leave. He kept arguing with me back and forth. it’s was crazy. So I decided to pick it up myself and figure something out myself. Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Worst place ever. I rather go to IKEA for now on.

I bought a big comfy bean bag thing, took it home, turned out to be too big for my room. I called, and I asked if I could exchange. The owner had no issues with me doing this, so I went in today for an exchange for something else. And Im all set, here at home, sitting on my new chair while typing this. THANK YOU!

Really bad experience. Bought an $800 futon that can’t be used as anything but a bed. Asked Max there for help but got no response. Mattress is good so 2 stars. Frame might be a lemon law candidate. Shop elsewhere. You’ll be glad you did.

Love my futon, Got in and got out with no problem. I went to three other futon places before I went to Futon Factory and was not satisfied. Futon Factory had everything I needed for the right price and I had it delivered the same day.Really dont know what those other people were talking about poor service...I am guessing they might be the competition people trying to make their store look better by posting negative reviews..Sad some people are like that.

Try to come buy a couples futon refuse Service closing at 6 PM got here at 5:48 PM I recommend no one comes to this place totally racist towards black folks didnt let us come and look at all because they wanted to go home never come here again even though its my first time I will rate them at zero horrible customer service.
