The store is good sized (weve been to some larger ones). There are so many thing at 5he Container store that you never knew you needed!🙂 We bought Elfa chest of drawers. We asked two diff staff to help find the right wood board for the top, they both said they would check in the back but never came back. Other than that we were able to find everything we wanted. The store is well laid out with wide gaps between the aisles.

Nice check in.. Security here is a bit of a pain and want you to continually driver AROUND the building in circles if you barely block a drive. I guess you could park in the middle of the street in the turn lane ↔️ next to he parking garage by Chick-Fil-A curbside pickup. The dock is parallel to the road against the building. Average time for unloading here about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Friendly staff. Had to go through a few sales people until I found someone who could help, and she did a great job at that.

If it was up to my girlfriend this would be a 5 out of 5 she loved this place if there was one closer to my location I might like it as well it does have everything container related But too far to drive on a regular basis.

This is a very large location with a great selection. Office, kitchen, garage and of course closets plus much more. They have it all covered. there was a sale with 25% off many items this weekend.Clearance section is in the back left corner. Prices were good, but selection was pretty thin. There seem to be good service in the store as the line got long they brought many new cashiers up to assist and the line moved very quickly.Parking near the AMC theater is a short walk to The Container Store. There are also many restaurants and a food court on the way.Although most of this mall is very high-end, there are many unique shops and restaurants including some specialty ice cream and gelato locations that are fun to try out. In the opposite corner of this mall is a newer establishment called Eataly. A must-see.

Please do your best to contain yourself at the Container Store. I know The Home Edit has everyone crazy for containers and you will find everything here. This store does not disappoint in terms of color-coding, bins of every imaginable size, and storage options you never dreamed existed.

Great for the odds and ends when camping. Perfect for all of your lunch packing supplies. If youve been trying to figure out how to organize your closet better this store is exactly what youre looking for. I got the perfect bento box for both me and my boyfriend, and the storage organization that my sister was looking for. Highly recommend.

They had a line outside to help enforce social distancing inside. Good organization and flow. They had just what we needed to organize our closets a bit better. We got a 15% discount from the cashier and also another 15% off our next purchase.

I’ve never been as disrespected about my race in a store as I was at this location. I was openly laughed at in my face and given many side glances by an older, white-haired cashier and another customer. Never going to give them my business again. Happened Dec. 20th 2019 around noon.

There is no better store for browsing and finding new things! Especially that thing youve been looking for or read about! And I really dont understand how this store with the banal name manages to impress me every time I go in. How do they know what I want to take home with me? What an impeccable concept!

Great store with friendly and helpful staff. You can find any storage or organization solution you need there (if you can afford to get everything you need.) Prices add up pretty fast. They carry bins, office supplies, gift supplies, kitchen, bath, pantry, shelving, closet organization, college geared items, cheaper practical items, designer items, etc.The only downsides for me about this location is that it is located in a mall and the parking garage for the mall is not free after an hour. This makes for a long awkward trip back to your car carrying large items. Plus paying for your parking at a kiosk with a pile of bins next to you.

I ordered on Thursday to pickup curbside today, Saturday. I get a text message earlier today that my order is ready to pick up. I drive 30 minutes to get there and when I call for curbside directions, the man I spoke to said they were closed for everything customer related.Then why did you guys NOT call me before my pickup appointment today? You guys are disorganized. You should have called all your customers that you guys were closed today. Also, why was there even an option to schedule curbside pickup, if you guys cant even follow through?I only shop at The Container Store once a year. I am so unhappy that I dont think I will be shopping with you guys again. Wasted 1 hour of my time going and getting back home. I am a very unhappy customer.Now theyre not even picking up the phone. Ridiculous!

Im slightly addicted and I know what that says about me as a person. Yes, the prices on some of their merchandise is ridiculous. Yes, I may be foolish for buying into it. But, if you want a truly organized space with productive work flow, The Container Store carries everything you would need.

I love all the random little things they have here.

100% would not recommend using the Container Store for a “custom” closet. We chose to have the Avera installed and the process has been terrible. The corporate office does not communicate with the installation team. There have been multiples miscommunications, failure to provide the correct sized shelves, continued requests to store pallets of materials inside the house when the install was delayed due to their failure to plan. The design overall is a huge disappointment. Our closets does not have perfect 90 degree angles and it just doesn’t really look right. We were assured it would not be a problem but in the end it looks amateur especially for the amount of money paid. I would highly recommend using California Closets instead. Even though they may be a bit more expensive the customer service coupled with better skilled designers will make it worth your while.

Great place to look around for organizational ideas. I always buy something that contributes to my efficiency when I visit. The only problem is that it sometimes takes too much time to check out because of long lines at the registers. Worth it, though.

Shoes are horrible

Today I called the Container Store, wanting to update my Elfa closet system from 7 years ago. They still had my data! I was able to tell them what I wanted to store, they designed an update, and emailed the design and parts to me. Im able to buy via phone. So easy! Theyre forthright and helpful, and a breeze to work with. My husband and I love our Elfa closet system! We still get compliments on it. Everything I bought from the Container Store has lasted well over years of daily use. They still offer top notch service just like they did 7 years ago! They are what a buyer hopes for from a vendor: excellent products and excellent service.

The counter in Pasadena what can you say very nice people very polite very friendly they go the extra mile you have to try the impossible Burger dont think about what it is just tried. Is the young kids would say are old people its the bomb you have to try it all their food is good.

I remember when the first Container Store opened up and laughing at it thinking cant I get this stuff at Bed Bath and Beyond ? Oh how wrong I was.... the Container Store makes BB&B look like a Longs Drugs.From designing and assembling multiple Elfa closets to loading up on lunch containers for my kids, the Container Store in Century City (sorry, Westfield mall at Century City) is awesome. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and if you time it right and get in on their annual sales, great prices.Tip - If you can, park on the first floor close to Santa Monica blvd in the blue section. They have a few spots open for loading which is useful if you have a large order. If its busy and you cant get parking there, they have a phone which you can call and get your stuff brought down.

Best sales people I have ever seen in a long time (America needs to bring back individual-to-individual customer service; the old neighborhood hardware store concept).Fantastically trained staff and employees. These people are customer service focused and really takes it to the next level thanks to their knowledge. Surely everyone at a store is trained to help a customer but its different when the employees are knowledgable and having them takes the shopping experience to a different level.My shelf designer was exceptionally experienced and I was just lucky getting a good sales lady but actually everyone in the store was exceptionally experiened. When I went back she was not there and an equally competent and professional person was there to assist (top down some of the best trained employees I have ever seen).Fantastic experience. Better than Bed Baths & Beyond in terms of quality.They blew me away on my first, second, third and fourth trip. There is a third and fourth trip because I enjoyed the shopping experience. This is no IKEA; where you feel the agony just thinking about going there for a return or exchange. I had to exchange a few items and it was quick!
