After reaching out to a few other glass companies who would not take on my job these guys did. I met at least 5 that work there and they are all great people. They will take on the work no matter how small but they are busy. I had to wait for them to have time and bug them but they came through. It has been a few months since I had the work done and it is all good. I will reach out to them first the next time I need glass work.

I love this business! I came here to frame a print and they were so kind, speedy, and reasonable priced! When, I dropped my frame after moving, I immediately went back & they replaced the glass for such a good price. My go-to place to get things framed!!!

This company is great! I accidentally cracked a glass panel on my front door right before the holidays and HPGC came to the rescue within the hour of it happening. It was end of the day right before closing, right before their holiday closure and it didnt look promising to get someone out until the following week. BUT they ended up coming because they said they didnt want to leave me with a partially broken front door for that long. They did a beautiful job replacing the broken glass and the fact that they went out of their way to come and replace it really meant a lot to me. Great job, great customer service, affordable, and just an all around lovely experience during a stressful situation. Thank you!

Get ready for one dynamic duo! Mira and Eddy not only get the job done, but they also are kind and reasonable. Yesterday, I needed two paper thin mirrors cut into three pieces each. They delivered. Within the hour no less. Did I mention it was their 20th anniversary of being in operation? Need an expert? Bring your glass & mirror needs here.

What an absolute nightmare dealing with the “owner” Eddie. He came into our house and talked the talk, walked the walk. Gave us a quote for the glass and said we would get an invoice before the mirrors are ordered. Weeks later without hearing anything, he said the glass is ready and asked when he can come install it. I said I never authorized the glass to be ordered nor agreed to have the job even begun without a proper quote. Here is the completely unprofessional response we get after asking for a written & broken down quote PRIOR to having agreed to any glass ordered or work done.

Jack was easy to work with, affordable, and did great work. I had a broken double paned window and he was able to give me a quote over the phone, measure the window shortly after that, and install a custom-ordered replacement a couple days later. Highly recommend.

There is absolutely no good reason to contact anyone else if you need glass repair or custom glass work in the Los Angeles area. Eddie and Zach are true professionals and give me faith that their kind and caliber are not a dying breed.Like another reviewer, I have single pane glass windows in our home and was very concerned that whoever I got to do the repair we needed would not treat them with the tenderness and respect I would desire.Eddie and Zach went above and beyond my most optimistic expectations. The very definition of carefulness and consideration, they did perfect work and Eddie made sure to clean the glass spotlessly on both sides while he was repairing it; so that I would not have to after the putty dried and it was reattached it in a hard to reach spot. The entire transaction from start to finish was conducted with the kind of politeness and integrity one hopes every home repair would entail. Simply put, I cannot recommend Highland Park Glass highly enough.

Absolutely terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional (Details below)Eddie (owner of Highland Park Glass) told us the home window tinting job would be done in 2 days. It took him 5 days and it still wasnt done. He showed up late literally every single day except for the one day he didnt show up at all. On top of that he never called us to let us know he was running late -- we had to call him every single time.We stopped the job after the 5th day as it was holding up the rest of our construction and it ultimately cost the client a lot of money to have two-three carpenters sitting around idle while Eddie repeatedly tried and failed to install the tinting film. He demanded a $2000 deposit for a $3500 total job. He refused to give a cent of it back despite the fact that he didnt/couldnt do the work he said he would. The company I work for and who paid the deposit will likely end up taking him to court. In the end we went with a small window tinting company in the valley and they did the job about $1050 (as opposed to Eddies $3500) and completed it all in one day (in about 4 hours), and with much higher quality workmanship and with a much more pleasant personality to boot.If you dont want to be ripped off, dont do business with this man or this company.

If there is a negative star grade, I would give it to this business. If you want to be conned of your hard earned money and valuable property (e.g. antique glass), stay far, far away from this hole. I paid extra to have my windows fitted with rippled antique glass the owners swore to have in stock. What I got were 3 panes of dusty, old, scratched up and stained glass. They had the gall to call them antique and said just because those glasses are not as old as what I originally had doesnt mean that they are not antique. WHAT!!@@@#!@!!@ Also, they stole the original 100+ year old antique glasses I had in place on my windows. Save your saves heartache and your valuable property! Stay away from these crooks!!!!!
