After multiple calls we ended up purchasing elsewhere. The people at Goldline (specifically our rep, Tim) are arrogant and extremely difficult to deal with. They provide little to no guidance on their products but also do not allow online ordering so you are forced to deal with them. I would not trust these guys with a Gold purchase under any circumstances. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Whenever you buy precious metal do A LOT of research first, ask questions on forums, etc. If a company advertises they tend to at least have high commissions and often mislead and sell scammy products like “numismatic/collector” coins vs bullion coins. You need to be very careful and well researched when spending a lot of your money even if you think it is an investment.

They rig their reviews on TrustPilot. They wouldnt allow a bad review. I wouldnt trust these guys. I purchased from Goldline (it has been a few years) and their fees were exhorbitant and they were completely dishonest.

I bought $5357 worth of gold coins from them in 2013 when gold was $1150 an ounce, gold is now $1950 an ounce and Goldline only offers me $5500 what a scam they told me no one cares about the coins I bought from them 7 years ago anymore. Stay Away from Goldmine

Almost exactly 10 years ago, I purchased 2 American Gold Eagles from Goldline. On the reverse of one of them, a sweeping needle scratch was obvious, where someone had used a needle or straight pin to test it for fakeness (I assume testing for plating). Since the coin has no numismatic value and is just bullion, I didnt seek any form of remedy. But I never bought from them again.

They give you nice boxes to present the coins. you may maybe double and get coins from countrys that you never heard of. they buy back for pennies on dollar look at the complaints made

They tried to steal from me too. I fought it and they overcharged me for my gold. Im trying to switch over to Patriot Gold but they they are making it hard to get my money back.

If you want to pay extremely high comissions and price buy from gold line. I paid about $11000 and got a little over $6000 worth of metal. I wish I did the math earlier when we were discussing but it was highly recomended and all the reviews seemed so nice.

Stay away, take me off your greasy phone call list. I dont want your overpriced Pacific Gold Bullion Coins so you can pay Glenn Beck hi$ cut.
