In response your reply to Kerri Holts review. You state that you sent a certified return authorization. Please send proof that you did that (receipt of certified letter). My lawyer would love to see it.We contacted you 30 minutes after it was delivered and you emeadatley denied responsibility then after one day you would not reply to my calls. Within a few days you blocked me. Great customer service.Please send a return order.
Never buy an oven from this company because they wont stand behind their product. Very poor quality workmanship and even worse customer service. If you want to get totally ripped off by crooks, this is the place to go.We never received a return authorization from this company or never heard talk of a refund. As a matter of fact, the owner would not discuss this over the phone and will no longer take my husbands phone calls. He took no responsibility in the poor quality workmanship and offered zero resolve. He only wanted us to purchase the broke piece again. We sent a certified letter to both owners and received no response. The oven we bought a year ago is still in the original crate because it can not be used. We have lost a year of potential income and are no closer to getting our issue resolved. It is hard to respect a company who hangs up on you and does not try to come to an agreement on how to make it right. I work in customer service and retail so know first hand how to deal with upset customers. Telling them they are lying about the issue and refusing to make it right are NOT the way to handle any customer. If indeed you are willing to refund us, you would take my husbands phone calls.
