First of all, this is a high end hat shop. Custom made hats can range above $1,200. I walk in with an inexpensive hat to have blocked. The young staff treated me as if I was a returning high end costumer, while actually they had never seen before. They blocked my hat within 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a penny.
