I love Qwench and all locations Ive been to are amazing but this one. I ordered a large and they gave me a medium. I reminded it was a large and they took the cup dumped it in a blender added ICE only, blended it and dumped into a large cup. Even that didnt fill the cup up and then they insisted the cup isnt supposed to be full even though the medium was when they served it to me. Reminded me of a tourist trap smoothie shop that just dumps ice in and a little flavoring. This needs new management...

Great local juice bar located right in downtown. After a night of drink this place came in so clutch for my friends and I. We ordered the PB & H, B & B, green giant, category 4 and an original acai bowl. We loved our drinks and they were packed with flavor. The category is a must order if you love coconut. The B and B packed plenty of berries. It didnt take long for our drinks to be made and we were well on our way rather quickly. Id definitely stop by again to try their different acai bowls.

The tall guy with curly hair had an absolutely nasty attitude towards me and other costumers. I waited 15 min for an açaí bowl that was missing half its ingredients. Terrible experience.

I’m happy that qwench decided to stop pinching corporate pennies and made the açaí bowl larger. I’ll start going back there now. The service was pretty good too but it’s weird when you walk in and they all say hi. Clearly corporates idea. Something that sounds like a good but isn’t the least bit practical

Was directed here for a bathroom, but upon walking in I found it very inviting and well furnished inside. Definitely a perfect place to chill with friends or work on a laptop. I ordered the sports juice which is pineapple, passion fruit, and apple. It was bomb. A small was like $7 but its probably one of the best juices Ive had!

A quality shop! I took a plethora of items to be framed here after I found a yelp deal. I brought a signed jersey, a signed shirt, a tattered map of California, music posters and painting copies. Not only did they take the time to really help me decide what fit each individual item the best but also helped me save money by picking premise frames. They showed me so many options and let me know what was a classic way of framing for each item. I will definitely return when I have more wall space, but for now Im enjoying all my recent AJ framed pieces!

My girlfriend and I pretty much açaí bowls everywhere we go. This was one of our favorites if not our favorite. The flavor of the base was fantastic and the portion sizes are so generous that we split one bowl and it was plenty for both of us. They also had good smoothies and some other food options so this is really a great place to go eat if you like healthy food that tastes good

The PB&H was one of the better smoothies Ive ever had. Great recommendation from the staff there. They were friendly and the smoothie was spot on, flavor-wise. Not too sweet. Totally hit the spot. I only lament they only offered one size though. I was pretty hungry and would have happily paid more for it to be 30% bigger.

Great little spot in the city for some delightful full leaf tea and noms!Order at the counter, grab some napkins and silverware and then a seat! Limited seating also available outside when weather permits.

Just walked in and it was great! Nice people! Small but it has its own style. The yogurt bowls are good. The staff are nice and quick in making your bowls. I was in a rush and I got it fast and it was tasty.

Great service was greeted right away, I was in the mood for a natural smoothie got the tropical energy smoothie and the turkey sandwich. I really enjoyed both things if you check in they give you a free pastry.

Very tasty smoothies, and very friendly employees. The price is a little stiff, but you do get excellent quality and service. Theres a great variety of juices and smoothies to choose from, and free samples if you want to try something.

Good, quick, and surprisingly cheap (given the touristy area) stop for a smoothie! Came here for a boost of energy after working out close by and ordered the smoothie special that was just $5. It was pretty good, not the best, but it got the job done for way less than I usually pay. I wouldnt go out of my way for it again, but its good to keep in mind if youre near!

This place is overrated. I walked in and there were about 4 people standing around and no one greeted me. Then I was charged $10 for a juice that was disgusting because the man put too much ginger. If you are going to charge so much you should learn how to make drinks correctly. Overpriced, unfriendly and not worth your time. Just walk 3 more blocks to Whole Foods, they have a larger variety, theyre cheaper and the staff is friendlier,.

Fresh Juices but green clean taste just like celery and almost no kale.

I have been there this time as a food courier. One very pleasant girl, their staff is always cordial and friendly, offered me a big glass of a kind of green juice. I felt human again and I am so thankful for that good action because usually I am treated badly by restaurant staff in DTLA. They are bossy, unprofessional and even unwilling towards couriers, as worthless hot pile of steaming feces.

I wanted to really like this spot. I ordered an Acai bowl and the freshness of everything looked amazing. However there were some pretty big ice chunks and the flavor was mainly just really sweet. I havent tried their drinks.. and they are a juice bar, so it depends what you are coming for. Great customer service!

There is a lot of choice, its hard to decide what to choose from. I ordered a small strawberry, pineapple and banana and it was delicious. They made it quickly and it tasted great. The size was ample and price reasonable for the portion.

My girlfriend brought me a mango smoothie from this place, I was really looking forward to it until I took a drink. The smoothie tasted more like hay than a mango.

Good but they just upped the prices. Staff are exceptionally nice but every 8th order is made without a Key ingredient such as bananas.

Pricey in a sense, when you can make juices on your own. But one of the few places that popped up and it was just great to have. Always great to get some fresh, healthy juices to avoid all the bad indulgences.

If you want healthy pressed juices try Juice Crafters, as soon as I came in some guy working the register looked like he didn’t want to be at work so he gave me attitude. My juice and açaí bowl tastes awful. . Parking is a mess so don’t even try. I love juices so let me help you and direct you somewhere worth you $20.00 on a juice and açaí bowl . Maybe higher.The menu got simpler with less overwhelming list of drinks to choose from.I got the spinach juice/smoothie for $7.50. Its pretty satisfying so Ill be back for some more when I feel like splurging :3.Location: On the corner of 9th and Flower next to Ralphs.Parking: free street parking after 8pm Monday-Saturday. Free all day on Sundays. One hour parking validation at Ralphs if you buy something from there.

This little corner shop is so conveniently located for me I find myself here often! The juice is great! Its nothing out of this world. But it is really good.The acaí bowls were more average. For 10-12 dollars a bowl I think I expected a little more out of an acaí bowl.The ultimate downside is cost. There are multiple acaí places in DTLA that charge 25% less per bowl and the quality is significantly more.

Prices might be a bit high, but good and healthy juices along with quality service, thanks to Diana, are no match!

I get a juice or smoothly almost daily. I happened to be in Downtown L.A. and gave it a try. ALERT, ALERT: My juice was pretty bad at first sip and their wheatgrass shot was bad. Bad meaning, it made me literally sick. I felt horrible for ten min then threw up and instantly felt better.Way too pricey for mediocre drinks and literally bad wheatgrass.

Wow, they wanted to charge me $9.00 for a regular size oj, not cool,not even getting a fresh squeeze oj at the Hilton downtown would cost that insane and ridiculous price,never coming back 1st and last time here.

Honestly pretty pricey and the store is so small that there is almost no room to wait for your order and zero space indoors to sit. If you have the money there are some yummy smoothies.
