MIR is a true family business, run by some of the nicest people youll ever meet. Roy and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful! The were able to help me get access to inventory that was sold out everywhere else and at a great price. Their installers are careful and professional, and did an excellent job mounting the TV I bought. Now that I know about MIR I wont be buying AV equipment anywhere else!

Roy and the MIR Audio staff are the most helpful and responsive audiovisual / IT systems team Ive ever worked with. We had an outdated, rickety system in our home, and within days they came in and retooled, cleaned everything up, and got things working beautifully, plus they helped us finally achieve super WiFI coverage throughout our home. They even dropped everything to install a Ring doorbell for us while they were here, at our last minute request. I would recommend MIR Audio in a heartbeat.

Very rude and unprofessional. The owner is very arrogant and tries to not give you straight answers just so he can be shady later with the pricings. Basicly same prices as Best Buy or Video Audio center without the professionalism and manners. Cut yourself the headache and time and go straight to the other two who are honest and cut u a deal and are very professional with a customer who is about to drop four digits on a Oled 83 inch TV!

MIR Audio is the place to go when you are looking for excellent service, the finest in an audio visual system. After intense deliberations, my husband put in the speakers and sub woofers of his dreams during a recent remodel We found MIR because our son bought hs Bowers from them in the spring. Anyhow, the service is top notch. Roy and his entire staff are honest, pleasant and reliable. They showed up exactly when they said. They were here an entire day setting up, and came back the next for a quick little fix. Anyhow, I would recommend MIR and especially Roy!!!!

These guys are the real deal. A true one-stop shop for everything audio and video related AND they have their own installation team. I cant count the number of times Ive been handed a list of installers to choose from and told to just pick one. Theyve ALL resulted in subpar service because they ultimately dont care about the customer. This is the ONLY place to shop if you want to experience  real customer service.

These guys are awesome. I have a Savant audio system in a new house I purchased. The prior owner recommended another company to get me set up, and after spending way too much money with them, the system kept failing. I then found Mir Audio Video and they came out right away. The found out my software package on the Savant was ancient and got that updated, along with a much better app to control my system. I definitely recommend these guys and dont hesitate to give them 5 stars.

Its not to often that I write a review for a company but I was compelled to do so for this one!I called Roy, told him that I need his top (AV) Man. To please come to the home that I am managing currently. Its a smart home with all the bells and whistles. Of course when you need to have something working at a time of crisis and you tried every last option that you know and that doesnt work than you call MIR Audio Video. They fixed what had to be fixed with compassion and care. Most of all they listen to you.I would recommend MIR Audio Video, with out any hesitation for any of your smart home needs. Purchased my first TV, a 55 Plasma from Mir 5+ years ago. It is still doing its thing. So when the 70 Sony went on sale, it was a no-brainer for me to get it there.

Great neighborhood hi-fi store. Antonio really knows his stuff. I was introduced to this place by a friend of mine who used to live around the corner. Were both big audio buffs, and I finally made made my first purchase--a pair of Grado RS2is. I came in with some test CDs, and the guys set me up with a nice reference rig. I listened and compared with a number of different pairs of headphones for about an hour and finally pulled the trigger. Great gear, great guys, great shop!

CALL THEM! I have worked with several other A/V providers in the past, but the MIR folks literally blew these people out of the water. Roy was great to talk with from the beginning, and Ben who oversaw our installation is a rock star, very cool guy and funny but more importantly he KNOWS HIS STUFF. Product recommendations were super smart, they understood exactly what our goals were and quickly steered us towards the smartest solutions to give us the best bang for our buck. Whether you are going all out or getting a small system, these guys are GOOD. We already had RadioRA so went for the Control4 system, which we have had before (and hated), but thanks to Bens ridiculous programming skills it is like a whole new world I never thought possible with the remotes (controlling whole house lighting, Sonos, Tivo, Roku, DVD player, you name it - all perfectly). Control4 from someone else is NOT the same as Control4 from MIR, Ben is crazy smart and knowledgeable coupled with common sense and top training (unlike so many of the A/V installers who fake it and steer the customer towards inferior or inappropriate products because they lack the knowledge and programming skills needed for the really good ones) and fun to talk with as well. Also, the whole team that came was super professional and meticulous. Is our outdoor TV perfectly 100% level, with super awesome killer sound? of course. Is the DVD player easily accessible and re-located (at their suggestion) to exactly where it should be? Of course! Super smart suggestions that saved us money? Absolutely. We will never go anywhere else, ever again, and I am only sorry I did not find them earlier -- this is a really amazing company and I am super thankful we found them.
