Nice people and good quality stuff

If I could give this company no stars I would. The sales reps do not know what the warehouse is doing, the warehouse and sales reps have no clue what the drivers are doing. Placed a order, never showed up when it was suppose to. When I called to check on it no one knew how to say they will not be here until our next San Diego delivery. They kept putting me off and telling me they will call me back in 5 minutes and never did. That is where the frustration lies. If you tell someone you are going to call them back in 5 minutes at 7 in the morning, you have not heard from them at 10 am, you call again and you get Ill call you back in 5 minutes and you hear nothing from them, frustration will kick in... I spoke to 4 different people in the company who had no clue what was going on (including the person who took our order). Finally the 5 person knew where our product was. If you telling me out of 5 people only one person knows whats going on with the orders, that is money well wasted. Then they tried to turn it around on me saying I was demanding our product immediately and that they were going to have to send a special truck. No, No, No, No! You do not get to turn your companies lack of customer services around on your clients. You do not get to turn me trying to locate our delivery that never made it into me being a special case and making me feel guilty for it. Your company dropped the ball and did not follow up on it. Locating scrap towels has waste over half of my morning.
