I recently purchased the Special Ops backpack and absolutely love it. Quality is great and it looks fantastic. I really appreciate the internal organization system – it makes packing for a trip super easy and everything stays at-hand.Also, when I decided to buy the bag, I needed it quickly for a trip. The customer service rep offered to drive the bag across LA for me so that I wouldnt have to worry about high shipping costs or possible mishaps. She literally delivered it to my front door. What an incredible customer service experience, especially for a first time customer.Cant recommend Killspencer highly enough!

Ive tried a lot of different masks throughout this pandemic, and the SST Face Mask is hands down the best once Ive ever used. It fits perfectly on my face (large size) and the embedded metal band seals perfectly around my nose. Its also super easy to breath through it. You know a mask is working properly when it suctions in and out instead of feeling air come through the top or bottom. Its the only mask I trust when I know Im going to be around a lot of people in an enclosed space. Highly recommended!

Ive used this bag for about 3 years.pros- I still love the design- practical. I can put passport, pens, earphones, laptops and zippers waterproof- Genuine leather ( do not listen to reviews saying it is made out of fake leather)Cons- once in a while strap start to losen and fall off- quite expensive (good but not worth its value)- If you buy from overseas, when they ship, on the receipt no mention about tax so I ended up paying extra Aus $120? $160? something like that

It’s been so many years since I had this backpack made. It was worth every penny. It has stood the test of time, and I still get compliments regarding it. The quality of the workmanship can’t be denied. I recommend this company.

Fantastic product and fantastic service. Literally, the owner Spencer Nikosey and Jenny (Sales Rep) made me coffee while I looked for the perfect bag. Im sure Spencer and Jenny had much better things to do but talked patiently with me about each product. I walked out with the Utility Special Ops backpack and after using it for a couple months, it has been the best backpack I have ever owned. Amazing craftsmanship and materials. You need to experience it for yourself. The prices are more than justified. I have gone back multiple times for other products and have had consistent service every time. This place is the real deal.

I have purchased the weekender (a must have), the dopp/folio and M-22 - all are still in perfect condition even after years of using them. Cant wait to see their new products!

They use fake leather do not buy. Also they’re expensive for fake leather. BUYERS BEWARE

Dropped few thous with them. When it came for a time to resolve an issue with a product of theirs, they completely backed out with ZERO service. Been taking my business elsewhere to companies like Hard Graft, Bleu De Chauffe, Etwas,.. since then. Bought their $900 Utility backpack, only to find later that they use the cheap chrome tanned leather instead of higher quality vegetable tanned leather that normally comes from their competitors at that price range. NOT RECOMMENDED.
