Great service and very knowledgeable on issues with registration and insurance

I’m assuming this business is in connection with Alex’s Insurance. To clarify, I stated their wait time is horrible. This is how the Process Goes: You call, they’re busy, you leave your number and they NEVER call back. I’m not the only review that states that wait time is horrible. Then he stated that because of COVID, they’re swamped. However, Ive has this issue before COVID even happened.I’ll stick with my insurance but I will definitely be changing my agent. I don’t recall ever having a phone call last longer than 1 min. They answer and then they rush you.

They should revise their posted business hours and change them to: we open when we can. Came two times at 9:30 am and they were closed. Do not waste your time. No gaste su tiempo abren cuando se les da la gana. No respetan su horario.

Ownernice is nice (staff too). You can tell that they know what they are doing. Fast and effective. Yeah, they charge a little extra than DMV, but it is worth not having to wait hours at the DMV. Plus they help you fill out all your paperwork (makes the whole process very painless). Thank you!

Really good place fast easier than the dmv and its not real expensive compared to wasting 5 or 6 hours at the dmv.everyone is very nice very helpful and friendly
